When I was checked in to my room I was in a shock. The room looked nothing like the one in the photos. The biggest disappointment was there was no windows. I went back down to reception to report the discrepancy. I was told that I had booked the standard double. Even after I explained that the photo clearly showed windows in my booking I was denied a free upgrade. It was late and after traveling for 11 hours, I just paid extra for the room with windows.
There was no bottled water, which was very inconvenient after a long flight.
There was a knock ar the door when I was having my shower. The towel wasn't big enough to wrap around in, so I had ro put my pants back on. The upside was that the owner came and refunded the amount I had paid for the upgrade.
Duvet - I am not sure if they clean the blanket every time it is used. There was no duvet cover.
