Il soggiorno è stato piacevole come al solito, il personale è cortese e sempre disponibile. Questa volta la receptionist gentile e dolce mi ha fatto un upgrade della stanza con una vasca idromassaggio. Sorpreso! Ma non è accessibile, continuo a inciampare 🤭😂 comunque ho dimenticato di informarti, beh, va bene così

Vantaggi: La posizione è comoda, vicino alla via pedonale del centro città, ed è comodo mangiare. Il servizio è caloroso e puoi guardare Netflix direttamente sulla TV. Svantaggi: Le strutture sono vecchie, il segnale Wi-Fi è molto scarso, nel bagno non c'è quasi segnale, la fornitura di acqua calda nel bagno è limitata, si può fare il bagno solo una volta e non c'è acqua calda, e c'è sabbia rossa nell'acqua...

Hotel molto carino con personale cortese e adorabile. Hanno una meravigliosa piscina sul tetto e un ristorante per l'ora del tè. La colazione è buona, la posizione è fantastica e nel cuore del Distretto 1, tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e i ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi da questo hotel.

Che hotel eccellente con un ottimo servizio e in un'ottima posizione. È vicino a molti buoni ristoranti e nelle immediate vicinanze delle zone commerciali. È così vicino al centro di molte attrazioni.

Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale e disponibile. La nostra camera viene pulita tutti i giorni. La colazione è ok e la nostra camera viene fornita con il tè pomeridiano. Il tè pomeridiano è fantastico! L'area della piscina è ben arredata e ha una bella vista sulla città. La posizione è ottima e in realtà siamo andati a piedi in molti posti della città. Molti punti ristoro che circondano l'hotel e alcuni minimarket aperti 24 ore su 24. I caffè Starbucks e Coffee Bean si trovano nelle vicinanze, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi, dall'altra parte della strada. L'unico inconveniente è che l'hotel è vecchio e necessita di lavori di ristrutturazione.

Incantevole hotel boutique nel Distretto 1, situato in una strada con buoni ristoranti locali e un ottimo caffè a poche porte. Colazione adeguata con frittata e pho bar e tè pomeridiano squisito fornito. Bella area piscina ma il piano di calpestio è piccolo, solo spazio per 4-5 ospiti non posso criticare il loro servizio clienti Le camere erano molto confortevoli ma piccole per 2 persone e non c'era molta privacy in bagno, il che potrebbe essere un problema per alcuni. Nel complesso consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei

Place is amazing! I arrived late, and wanted to surprise someone - but wine is already in the room, and its midnight but can still use Grab to buy flowers. Ambiance is good at lobby.

I had a great stay at Au Lac Charne. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure guests are comfortable. The facilities are well-maintained, and the rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options. Overall, Au Lac Charne is a comfortable and convenient choice with great staff and facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had some very very good things like 10/10 but some things are very annoying Location is great Hotel and room are very clean But Staff- basically they are nice and helpful But here is example- we paid for breakfast- but most of the days the breakfast area is full- no space to sit- But the staff will not let you take a box to take way to the room- so or you wait 30 minutes, or you dont eat So many days we just didnt eat Internet is good but not everywhere has good signal So there will be one location in the room with fast internet but in the bed area no internet Last thing there was construction noise everyday in the morning

Good stay and overall experience is good. I leave my bag with all my important staff including passport in the sleeper bus when travel to Ho chin minth, the staff is kind enough to help me check with the sleeper bus company. The location of the hotel is strategic to visit the city center by walking distance. The room is clean and comfort also.

We have incredible experience stay at Au Lac Charner Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic! Being situated in the heart of the city centre made it so convenient for us to explore all the amazing attractions nearby. The fact that we were near famous restaurants like Anan and just a short distance away from Senspa and Miumiu was an absolute delight. I can't stop raving about the complimentary breakfast and high tea that Au Lac Charner Hotel provided. It truly exceeded our expectations and added such a special touch to our stay. The variety of options, coupled with the impeccable service, made each morning an absolute treat. I also want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Hoang (Hotel Manager?), for being incredibly patient and helpful throughout our stay. His willingness to answer all our questions regarding directions and even assisting us with Grab bookings truly went above and beyond. His dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was commendable! Highly recommend!
