Questa è una camera tipo monolocale del condominio Rivergate nel 4° distretto. Va bene perché è sicuro C'è una piscina al settimo piano La camera dispone di lavatrice, microonde, caffettiera, utensili da cucina, ecc. È un po' diverso dall'immagine, ma sembra esserci una differenza in ogni stanza. La doccia del bagno è un po' debole È bello che il capo sia gentile

Il primo giorno ho prenotato qui per dormire in un posto economico, le recensioni erano generalmente buone, ma io ero proprio così, a parte il mart al primo piano e la vista... .? Sembra un Airbnb, quindi anche se chiedi informazioni, non lo sanno L'host è gentile.

È la mia terza visita a Ho Chi Minh fino a questo viaggio, ma sembra essere il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo tra gli hotel che ho visitato in termini di servizi, prezzo e posizione. La prossima volta che visiterò Ho Chi Minh, controllerò qui.

Returning to the Rivergate Residence for the second time during our trip, after exploring other accommodations. This time, we booked a studio room. The apar**ent provides all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen and washing machines. I appreciate the convenience of being able to wash and dry our clothes during the trip. The room is exceptionally clean and flooded with natural light. Our stay on the 20th floor with a river view was delightful. It's within walking distance of Vinh Khanh Food Street and Ton Dan Food Street, both highly recommended for a visit.

There were cockroaches these few days in room; not providing cleaning and towels everyday; the swimming is located in 7 floor but always many people there to occupy the sunbath chairs; Good thing is winmark and 7-11 downstairs for shopping

Very nice room. Clean. Located in peace area. There is 2 rooms. If you come here with your family. its gonna be a perfect room.

Nice good building, the room has all you need, the pool is nice, and it is very clean, the only thing I didn't liked is the location, it is far a way from the center so you need to take a taxi all the time

Excellent hosts that were great at communicating how to find and use the apar**ent. Very prompt in responding to our queries. These apar**ents are a good choice to stay just outside the hectic part of Ho Chi Minh, but still close enough to all the sights and things to do. The setup of the apar**ent and pool were a perfect fit for our family. 👍

Nice place. High security. Safety is good. Ms.Yang's customer service is great 👍. She promptly attended to check- in process, then showed the room and gave full clear description.. Also at the check out she gave full cooperation. I requested the room for another 2 days straight away. Nice city view. Convenient to shopping, groceries and everything. No hesitate to recomend.

The host of the apar**ent was very accommodating organising self check in as our bus was very delayed. The room had everything we needed kettle, washing machine etc. and shower was hot and powerful. The only thing that could be improved was one of the towels had a funky smell. We didn’t use the pool so can’t comment as we were busy exploring HCMC. It was walking distance to get food but you can also get cheap grabs further into the city and there’s 7/11 and winmart right outside. Great base to explore

The location is nearby so no need for a taxi. The host was friendly and recommended places to visit. The room was perfect for us.
