Location is good but not even gave simple utensils like plates and cups. Staff made a mistake, my check out is next day but they packed up my belongings.

This is my first trip of the year. I'm very happy to have found a good hotel. Everything is very good. The scenery is beautiful and clean. Next time I come to Vietnam, I will stay again.

Location is fine. Service of the staff and hygiene of the room isn't. Not well maintained or cleaned. Shampoo provided was not closed properly and had dirt around the bottle. Bedsheets had stains and a lot of dust around the house. Staff will only let you know check in details AT THE TIME of check in aka 2pm!! Had to remind them to update me as well which is quite ridiculous.

Our experience was not good.
I did the reservation and as it’s an apart hotel I needed to get the check in procedure from the hosts, I messaged them on many occasions and they finally sent me the details at 17.00 on the day of check in! As compensation they left 2 bottles of 500ml water.
The room was very nice on the 9th floor with a view of Landmark 81 and we were happy, apart from the typical cleanliness issues where no one moves sofas, beds, tables etc to clean underneath and the bathrooms could be cleaner because there are always hairs on the floor, I think no one uses a vacuum cleaner, everything is done by a dust pan and brush and this will never suck up all the dust and hairs.
On our last night of 3, we decided to take it easy and left the apartment at 14.00 to go into town to the war remnant museum, as soon as we arrived at the museum at 14.30 iI received a WhatsApp saying that maintenance needed to be done to our room and we were going to be moved to the 39th floor to a room with a better view, I explained that we had left late and were now going to try to do sightseeing, they wouldn’t take no for an answer and said they’d move our things to the other room. I said no, wait. We took a taxi back immediately to our room and found 2 people walking around in our room. We started to pack quickly and went upstairs to the other room. It was a far inferior room, smaller, worse view, less utilities in the room, bed rock hard. I complained to the hosts and as compensation for wasting our time, money and giving us an inferior room, they gave us 2 bottles of water and a small tub of fruit. To rub salt into the wounds the fruit was rock hard and unripe! I’d never had such a tasteless hard mango on our travels in Asia. We loved the first room but the lack of communication and treatment from the hosts leaves a lot to be desired.

No swimming pool or gym. Just room to stay.
No automatic cleaning service by anyone. If you need, you have to ask.
Basin is dirty after long use. I think the cleaner did not clean them well. It is very easy to clean. Cleaners need to be trained on the area to clean. Bed is hard and pillow is very very soft. If you need a place to stay and no fuss & for a transit night, this is basic stay. Location is near to a mall. F&B at mall is expensive for VN standard.
Self check-in and out.

Checking in and out was smooth with instructions to collect the key card from letterbox and door code number. Room was large as it was a studio, bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, water pressure strong and clean.
The area is developed with full amenities and the shopping mall, Vincom Centre is just opposite. It's a self sufficient neighbourhood and a nice place to relax and holiday.

The price is OK, the room is very nice, although I only stayed for one day, the service was very good, and the customer service was very enthusiastic to help deal with any problems with the room. If I come back, I will definitely stay at your hotel.

Worst experience ever. Map on Trip.com indicated apartment was near the mall, but in reality we were give an apartment 20mins walk away.
You are required to pick up an access card and we had to write in to ask for instructions as they did not proactively contact us. We asked a few days before our trip, however the customer service was unresponsive and only gave us instructions after 3pm on the same day of check in! This meant we had to wait around doing nothing with our luggage from 2pm.
Best part was after receiving the instructions to pick up our keycard, it turned out they had forgotten to leave the keycard in the letterbox, and we had to wait another 30mins for them to arrive. When the person arrived with the card, it did not work, and we had to wait again for a new card. By the time we checked in, it was almost 6pm, wasting hours of our time.
Upon checking in, we realised the room was not cleaned properly, with no toilet paper as well.
Completely ridiculous service, will definitely not be staying again. Use only if you want a nightmare holiday.
