Convenient location, very close to distric 1. We had a pleasant and qiuet stay

Lots of cafes and restaurants. Couldnt cancel so had to keep our original plan even tried to give 3 days notice.

This was an extremely disappointing experience due to the poor conditions and misleading photos because we didnt stay in the iconic building but in a random ugly building in the area. my experience was significantly different from what I had anticipated, as a result of the misleading images on their website. The room's actual condition was a vast disappointment. The primary concerns are as follows: Inaccurate Images: The website's images depict a hotel structure that is entirely distinct from the actual structure. In the photographs, the room appeared to be modern, clean, and spacious; however, it was in fact outdated, cramped, and far from spotless. The television in my chamber was nonfunctional. I was unable to enjoy any entertainment during my stay as a result of the front desk's failure to address the issue when I contacted them. Mold in the Bathroom: The bathroom tiles were visible with mold, which is a clear health hazard and entirely unacceptable. Additionally, the lavatory was also inadequately cleaned, which contributed to the discomfort. Room Condition: The room's hygiene was significantly subpar. Dust and grime were evident on numerous surfaces, contributing to the impression that the room had not been cleansed thoroughly in some time. I was greatly disappointed by this visit, as it was not at all the relaxing experience I had anticipated. Many switches were broken and not well maintained! The air conditioner was not cold, and it was difficult to control the lights and curtains with the smart control! What's worse is that the whole building has 30-40 floors, but our room was arranged on the 2nd floor facing the noisy street. I don't recommend staying in this hotel.

This room is clean. Thuong is a great host. Will definitely book at Thuong's place again on my next vist
