Absolutely amazing hotel. 1st class rooms and service and foods . All of the staff go above and beyond. So kind and caring and very helpful. Myself personally highly recommended this hotel . This room costs £27 per night for 2 people including breakfast

Grande hotel con camere ristrutturate, quindi tutto è in buona condizione. Puli e grandi camere. Avevamo una stanza all'angolo che la finestra si trova direttamente sul Landmark 81, potevamo godere dei lavori di fuoco per il nuovo anno.

Hotel in generale è abbastanza buono, le camere sono spaziose. Il punto negativo è per il colazione, poiché a mio avviso il luogo per il colazione è troppo piccolo per la dimensione dell'hotel. Nel primo giorno dei miei soggiorni ho avuto difficoltà a trovare un seggio e una tavola liberi per la colazione, anch'io non ho preso il mio cappuccino per molto tempo di aspettare una coda nella macchina del caffè: solo uno, un vecchio e lento Saeco. Non è accettabile non avere caffè espresso o cappuccino nel mio colazione. La palestra è ben attrezzata, ma la Spa e la sauna sembrano un po' vecchie con la necessità di riparazioni. Anche se non ho usato la zona di piscina sembra buona. Il telefono nella mia stanza di chiamata non funzionava, e quando mi serviva, dovevo andare giù al ricevimento.

If you are looking for a standard Japanese hotel, Nikkon hotel will be your destination, even you can recognise the hotel has been operated for some of the years, the service js up to standard and everything js just easy to access. There is a new zone mall next to it and the staff are helpful and the morning breakfast is international, me an my boyfriend stay in a suit and it allow us to access the residence lounge in 23rd floor. All day dining is possible and delicious food has been served :)

Grande luogo per soggiornare. Situazione molto conveniente, buon servizio amichevole. La camera era pulita e spaziosa e splendida vista dall'appartamento Purtroppo, senza YouTube, la TV era antiquata oltre a tutto questo era perfetto

Soggiornato per 3 giorni, le strutture soddisfano gli standard a 5 stelle e il servizio è professionale e puntuale. La posizione dell'hotel è molto comoda: ci vogliono 5 minuti per raggiungere a piedi Pham Ngu Lao Street e 15 minuti per raggiungere la vivace zona di Government Square. Anche la colazione a buffet è ricca, con una varietà di opzioni per soddisfare sia i gusti asiatici che quelli occidentali. Il bar sulla terrazza sul tetto ha una bella vista.

I booked this hotel for three nights through *********** as the hotel was having good ratings. During message exchanges the property before my travel, the property seemed to be reasonably good in response to customer needs hence I moved ahead with my decision to stay there. I also booked car pick up from the airport through the hotel albeit it was bit costly. Once we ( myself and my wife) reach to the property, the horror begins!! First, we are unable to find the property as the driver drops on the main road and no sign of the hotel anywhere in front of a small alleyway. Upon request, the driver contacted the property and someone came to pick up the luggage from the road. Though it was rated 3 star however it looked more like a backpackers hotel from outside. We were given rooms after 3 hour, we could not complain much as we had come early ( however it was already communicated to the property 3 weeks in advance). 2nd horror, we were asked to pay entire rent for 3 days in advance in cash as there was no credit card facility available. I was not having local currency hence I paid for one night in euros however the exchange rate was applied very less by the hotel. Worst part, THE HOTEL RECEPTION ASKED US TO DEPOSIT OUR PASSPORTS AS A SECURITY. After this incident and after seeing the condition of the room ( small in size, lower level beds, climbing stairs to 1st floor to take lift and poor hygiene), I decided to cancel the booking however I had to pay for one night stay ( ironically the hotel insisted that i should pay for all 3 nights whether i stay or not) however *********** was allowing cancellation of balance two nights hence I went ahead. Worser than worse was despite having all money in cash for one night, the passport was returned only after the hotel staff checked the room after check out. OVERALL, A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Strongly recommend NEVER TO VISIT THEM AGAIN

Sono rimasto a Lotus Saigon per qualche giorno e ho dovuto dire che sono molto soddisfatto del mio soggiorno. Mi piacerebbe assolutamente scegliere questo hotel di nuovo per la mia prossima visita. Il personale del front office è molto gentile e sta facendo un lavoro perfetto per assicurarsi che la mia visita con loro e Ho Chi Minh sia ben soddisfatto. Il ristorante, la piscina e la palestra sono buoni, la stanza stessa è pulita e assolutamente come previsto.

La posizione geografica dovrebbe essere buona. La seconda stanza è buona. Un bagno a sedere. Il bus di fuori porta 8-9 0000 può arrivare. Vai a Bigc ora chiamare il supermercato un po'di distanza venti minuti. Ci è anche un piccolo supermercato sottostante come il supermercato della porta nazionale cinese, che non è grande. Per qualche passo ci sono anche una famiglia 24 ore. La metà della notte è il migliore per comprare un pompiere all'aeroporto. Non chiedere perche'. Chiedete che non abbia comprato un pompiere vicino a mezzanotte. La famiglia non venderà. L'hotel vive per tre o cinque giorni. Non bere caffè Highlands Coffee. Non penso che sia costoso bere. Ci sono pochi locali sul retro del caffè cub. Il servizio del proprietario dell'hotel è anche molto buono. Presto trascinare il gruppo di microfoni e dirlo alla posizione della carta di telecamera. Aprire la password. Quando 1327 è caduto a mezzanotte a due ore, ci sono volute due ore per uscire dal cammino. Non penso che sia possibile uscire così tante persone per mezzanotte, L'efficienza dei prezzi è ancora bassa, e se vai ancora la prossima volta, potresti scegliere di soggiornare.Il posto con condizioni è necessario portare un po'di dollari al tasso di cambio

設施：需要使用的設施都有，但是沒有一次性拖鞋，都是舊拖鞋，應該別人穿過。有一個小冰箱 衞生：打掃的很乾凈，衹是酒店應該比較舊，部分傢俱和牆面有劃痕 環境：挺好的，周圍環境還是挺安靜的。就是我住在G層（大廳二樓）晚上有客户很晚回房間，大聲説話能被我聽到。 服務：服務沒有可挑剔之處，大廳前台，迎賓，打掃過餐廳的所有服務生都很優秀，很耐心，很禮貌。這點無可挑剔，有問題也會及時解決，很棒！😘😘🥰🥰🥰
