We had a very mixed experience at A & Em Art Hotel with my family. While the hotel itself is clean, rooms nice and big (we had deluxe), and location superb, the hotel has also its' disadvantages - the staff being the biggest of them. During our three night stay we met with several staff members and almost all of them seemed to be very indifferent if not straight up rude toward us. Not all, but most of them. We had one male receptionist and a bell boy who were very friendly and attentive. Another complaint goes to breakfast. How can it be possible that when a place serves breakfast until 10am they are run out of food at 9am!? We didn't get any pho soup and even the coffee had ran out. And the staff did absolutely nothing but said that that's how it is. A big group that had come in is not an explanation, they should know about their guests. Another explanation was guests from the hotel across the street. That doesn't fly either since it's part of the same group (A & Em Corner Hotel). I usually don't care that much about hotel breakfast but this time we were travelling with my wife and our 1y11m daughter and having no breakfast really made our life more difficult. Pros - clean hotel - nice and clean rooms with complimentary water bottles for each day - excellent location Cons - breakfast, should probably go at 6am to receive any - staff and their attitude (excluding one bell boy, one receptionist, and the cleaners)

In generale, la bellezza della reception parlerà inglese.Il senso generale è che a volte il colazione è buono, a volte cattivo, non so perché.Aiutaci a scrivere i documenti.Ok.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dalle aree di buzzing, dopo aver detto che, è ancora strategicamente situato per accedere alle principali attrazioni della città, a piedi di distanza. E' nascosto dietro l'edificio della Banca pubblica, dove è protetto dal rumore del traffico.La stanza è sicuramente tranquilla e confortevole. Il bar per la colazione è divertente. La varietà alimentare è buona per servire lo stomaco vuoto precoce. Il servizio di ricezione è buono, conoscono bene il loro lavoro, e devo dire che la qualità del gruppo Citadines non mi è mai fallita.

La struttura è molto pulita e spaziale. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati all'aeroporto e abbiamo cercato di chiamare la ricezione dell'hotel qualche volta per organizzare una pick-up di navetta, non c'era modo di raggiungere la ricezione. Quindi abbiamo preso un taxi all'aeroporto e abbiamo fatto un ritiro dal conducente del taxi e ha anche rubato da noi milioni di VND. Spero ci sia un modo migliore per organizzare la navetta alberghiare dall'aeroporto.

We arrived at the Aristo Hotel after a 10 hour flight and at the reception, we were greeted with patience, cold drinks and a smile :) We got upgraded to a bigger room which had a lot of space and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the local food. Also, we went to the spa at the hotel, had a massage and went in the sauna. We recommend it:) The hot water in the shower wasn't as hot as we expected and the AC wasn't perfect but worked most of the time. Overall, we had a great experience. Very nice staff, helpful with good intentions. We want to thank Ivy at the reception! She was super nice, always with a smile and helped us a lot with finding what we were looking for ＜3 Thank you Aristo, we had a great time!

Se stai pensando di affittare un appartamento da Glenwood o di utilizzare il loro Resort, fermati qui a meno che non voglia pagare $300 USD al mese in elettricità. Questo posto ha tratto vantaggio da me e dalla mia fidanzata durante la chiusura di Ho Chi Minh nel settembre 2021. Durante il non andare fuori ordine del governo vietnamita questo posto ci ha costretti a uscire (smantellando la nostra elettricità e l'acqua) ci hanno costretto a attraversare la strada per pagare il noleggio e la nostra fattura elettrica, che era un 7 milioni di elettricità ($309 USD) Il nostro video su YouTube mostra come Shady è quel posto. Quando siamo arrivati in strada per pagare il conto, ci hanno anche fatto il filmato e ci hanno detto di spengere le telecamere. Noi abbiamo rifiutato, nella mia esperienza, le uniche persone che non vogliono essere catturate al cinema sono quelle che fanno qualcosa di sbagliato. Il video di YouTube mostra anche il nostro contatore elettrico girando come pazzi, così velocemente non si può nemmeno vedere il marcatore nero sulla ruota girante. Hanno installato un nuovo contatore elettrico nella nostra unità e si può sentire che a volte grida le macchine perché non può nemmeno andare così velocemente. Ci hanno costretto a pagare un conto elettrico di sei milioni il mese prossimo perché non potevamo lasciare a causa della chiusura di hardcore e Ho Chi Minh. Evitare Glenwood Residence e Appartamenti nel Glenwood Resort a tutti i costi. Greenwood ha avuto l'opportunità di rimborsare tutta la nostra elettricità, tranne per un conto medio, per evitare una revisione di una stella. Non hanno rispettato l'allarme. Hanno avuto la possibilità di fare la cosa giusta, di restituire il mio deposito completo e tutte le mie spese elettriche, eccetto un importo giusto, si sono rifiutate.
