Anche la connessione Wi-Fi non era buona e quando gliel'ho detto al momento del check-out, ha detto che avrebbe potuto gestirlo se avesse verificato lui stesso la destinazione della connessione. Nel complesso un po' deludente.

This hotel was luxurious, the lobby came with a chandelier and a very nice high tea cafe seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally connected to the Hiroshima train station and the sightseeing loop bus is directly below the hotel. There is also plenty of shops selling souvenirs and eating places within the station mall area. Amazing location! Room was very spacious could easily pack 2 luggage’s without fighting for space. Overall great stay!!

L'hotel Sheraton Grand Hiroshima offre da un punto di vista iniziale a finale, per quanto riguarda la posizione e il servizio. Ho avuto la possibilità di rimanere una notte all'inizio di giugno prima di andare a Okunoshima la mattina prossima, ed è stato molto valente. Oltre alla stazione Hiroshima, questa posizione è un must. Inoltre, la qualità del servizio fornito da ciascun membro, sia sul desk front che nel Club Lounge, è stata eccellente. Daisuke nel Club Lounge è stato utile e ha andato di sopra e di là per assistere durante il mio soggiorno. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, consiglio fortemente di prenotare una stanza o suite di livello Club. Le viste panorami di Hiroshima sono sorprendenti, ma la stanza è eccezionalmente comoda. Ho avuto la possibilità di rimanere in una suite, circa 750 ft. , che era molto confortevole, soprattutto il letto. Il bagno era spazioso, e il bagno era di valore dopo un lungo giorno o cammino in città. Si può anche utilizzare la piscina, il tubo caldo, la sauna, la camera a vapore e il bagno freddo. Questa è una grande attività per rilassarsi e disaccoppiarsi completamente dalla realtà. Il tempo che ho fatto è stato divertente e grazie per la generosità e l'eccellente servizio clienti fornito dall'equipaggio in questo hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona e il trasporto è conveniente, bastano pochi minuti a piedi per raggiungere la strada commerciale e ci sono molti ristoranti. A pochi passi dal Memoriale della Pace. La camera d'albergo è piccola, ma molto pulita, e c'è una macchina da stiro nella stanza dell'ascensore nel corridoio. Consigliato per rimanere!

this hotel is convenient walk from Hiroshima station.here are the directions...make sure you exit from South Station then walk down escaltors, turn left pass the tram station and keep walking strait for around 10 min and you will arrive at hotel on left side. room is small but clean and cute. breakfast of different assortment of breads and coffee, juice is included.

Abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno qui mentre esploriamo la bella città di Hiroshima. Il processo di check-in è stato semplice e senza difficoltà. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, offrendo facile accesso alle attrazioni popolari della città. La nostra camera era confortevole e offre una vista fantastica della città. Un toccamento unico è stato dato alle monete per comprare bevande o dessert al bar al quattordicesimo piano. Raccomandiamo al massimo il Knot Hiroshima per il suo eccellente servizio, grandi strutture e perfetta posizione!

平和公園が目的の旅行でしたので、立地は申し分なかった。また、商店街や八丁堀までも十分に徒歩圏にあり、食事や買い物も便利だった。 近隣のホテルと比較して築年が経過していることもあって設備のスペックはやや劣るが、室内、大浴場、食堂等の共用部も清潔感があり、 必要十分であった。また、スタッフのサービスも快適であった。朝食はカキフライをはじめ広島特産の料理が豊富にあり、大変美味しかった。 やや割安感のある価格設定がされていることもあって、総合的に十分に満足できるものであった。

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and were very impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price. We checked in at a machine, accompanied by 2 young women. Our Superior Twin was very roomy and overlooked the river. Despite being right across from the elevator it was extremely quiet, along with being clean and comfortable. The hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station and a quick Uber or bus ride to Peace Park if you didn't feel like a 30 minute walk. In between the hotel and Peace Park is a large entertainment district, chock full of restaurants and bars. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. It wasn't quite as luxurious as the Royal Park Hotel we stayed at in Kyoto, but was an excellent value.

The staff were polite and helpful, which added to the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. One area where there's room for improvement is the breakfast options. While adequate, we felt the variety could be expanded, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. A wider range of choices would have been appreciated. Despite this minor drawback, we had a very positive experience overall. The combination of the exceptionally spacious rooms and the convenient location made our stay in Hiroshima both comfortable and efficient. We would recommend the Rihga Royal Hotel Kyoto to other travelers, particularly those who value room space and a good location.
