Wonderful experience at Radisson Blu, Hinjewadi, Pune ! Dear all, I and my family want to share my exquisite experience during our five nights stay (March 4 to March 9) at Hotel Radisson Blu, Hinjewadi, Pune, for the wedding of my daughter, Dr Arpita Krishna with Dr Advait Gaikwad. The wedding comprised many functions spread over March 6 and 7, and the girl's 'vidai' on March 8. The boy's senior doctor parents, Dr Ajit Gaikwad and Dr Vidya Gaikwad, join me, Rai Atul Krishna and my brother, Rai Sanjay Krishna, express our deepest gratitude to the Radisson Blue family for overseeing the wedding in the finest possible way. We feel a difficult event such as a daughter's wedding was executed and overseen almost *FLAWLESSLY* by the Radisson Hinjewadi outstanding team of the General Manager Mr Amit Raman, Sales Manager Aarti Chaudhari (nee Arati Jadhav) and rest of the members of the Radisson family. We are also extremely grateful to the Radisson South Asia head, Ms Indira Paul, who took active interest in this wedding, as if Dr Arpita was her own child. "Thank you, ma'am. We owe it to you !" Our first interface with Radisson Hinjewadi was in September 2024 through the Sales Manager Ms Aarti Chaudhari (nee Arati Jadhav). The ever smiling, ever cool and very efficient Ms Chaudhari took all of 45 minutes to lock our quite 'High Brow' wedding deal in favour of Radisson Hinjewadi. We had earlier stayed a night each at Courtyard by Marriott and Hilton Garden Inn, Hinjewadi, to try out these properties as possible venues for my daughter 's wedding. But after our interaction with Ms Aarti Chaudhari, we looked no further. We and the Gaikwad family feel that our splendid and scintillating experience during my daughter's wedding has been thanks to the personal supervision and care at every level by the very able GM, Mr Amit Raman. At a more immediate/micro level we also owe it to Ms Arati Chaudhari (nee Jadhav). In all, we and the Gaikwad had engaged about 60 rooms (including 4 suites) for the wedding and about 450 persons participated in the wedding reception dinner on March 7. Thanks to all encompassing supervision of the GM, Mr Amit Raman and the super efficiency and resourcefulness of Ms Aarti Chaudhari (nee Jadav) we left Radisson Hinjewadi on March 9, smiling from ear to ear 😀🙏. We are also grateful to F & B Services Director Mr Mohammad Imran Alam, who took exceptional care of us. Thanks are also due to Sales Director Mr Tarun Singh and F & B Manager, Mr Laxman who handled all the wedding meals with finesse and dedication. I am devastated to learn that Ms Aarti Chaudhari (nee Jadhav) has left Radisson Hinjewadi and that my daughter's wedding was her last assignment. I personally feel this is a big, big loss to Radisson for the reasons stated above. It is not my place to advise the owners of this hotel. But my view is that if they can do anything to retain her, it would be worth the
