Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi

My co-worker and I stayed four nights as our company has a facility in Pune. We flew from DEL to PNQ and had previously requested a car service at the PNQ airport. This was probably the only glitch we had with our stay. When we landed /left the airport, there was no one standing there with the Courtyard sign as indicated. We walked up the escalator but was told that we needed to come back down and we ultimately found the driver and he took our luggage and we did go back up the escalator (there are signs that indicates hotel/car service pick-up that lead up that escalator). The ride to hotel took about an hour and we had to go through detectors on way into hotel. Check-in was easy and since we did arrive early on Sat morning we were charged for early arrival. My room was 530 and was facing the event space which on one night was a bit loud. The room had a nice desk as well as spacious bathroom with a watercloset and shower ***** with sink and closet area. I liked the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower; only issue was that you had to squeeze the bottles and not pump and could take some strength to get product out. There was live entertainment at lunch that day. The music was so loud and having just come off a plane, our ears were a bit sensitive. Rather than dine in the main dining room, we were allowed to have our meals brought to the lounge on fifth floor. We were the only ones there early in the afternoon and we appreciated being able to eat without any loud music. The lounge was a nice place to work and we always saw several groups of business people there working. There is a sign that says no children under 12 allowed but we didn't see any kids there during our stay but it definitely was a space for working. The food/bar was set-up for 6pm and nice to have a glass of the local Sula wine. (Coworker had the local beer). Overall, our stay was very nice and can see why our co-workers recommend this hotel with all the choices in Pune.

Thanks Pushpak, you made my stay great. Stuffs are good, facilities also. Their morning buffet is super. Try lounge who serves snacks at evening. You can ask upgrade at check in for use it if necessary. There are few types of upgrade and some may meet your needs.

Very happy with Neelam’s talent and work. She maintains very good cleanliness and does amazing towel art keeping the room beautiful. Very happy with the service and the staff here. Staff is considerate, quite accommodative and supportive too. Over all very good service and great conduct.

I checked in on 9th of jan I was upgraded to the suite because of my platinum elite status the bathroom was a nightmare the drainage was not functioning the whole bathroom was flooded after the shower couldn’t move because of my nerve issue spoke to Laxmi Singh happen to be Assistant front office Manager for the refund of my stay she refused and didn’t make any difference to her very unprofessional manager employed. She didn’t even enquire about my wife who was stuck in the bathroom . It was a NIGHTMARE

the Staff are all great from the front desk to the dining including the excellent services of the housekeeping. Friendly, accommodating, attentive and always ready to assist. The smiles are always ready. Very comfortable room with all the amenities

Service from every member of staff was fantastic, from cleaners to desk staff, restaurant etc. food was very nice, room was very clean and comfortable. The location is not easy to get to during peak hours due to traffic, but that is only due to the train track being built. Quieter times traffic is okay.
