We had to stay overnight last minute in Rochester due to car problems. We always picked Homewood Suites bc they have exactly what we like. This location did not disappoint. Friendly staff, quiet location, super clean. Our room was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was lovely not to hear anyone above us or running down the hall. Great visit as always from Homewood.

Pull out bed was broken. Alerted front desk who stated they would send maintenance after check out but did nothing to address the fact that the bed was not something that could be slept on. Needed to put the mattress on the floor to sleep. Sink in the kitchen was broken and whenever we turned the water on it would leak into the cabinet and onto the floor.

Check in was easy and the employee who helped me was so friendly. Amazing first impression. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay here again

Great hotel for families visiting Strong. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast was great and the room was perfect! Beds were SO comfy!!!

Because of the weather we weren’t able to travel. Therefore we had to eat the entire cost of the reservation with nothing to show for it.

Shower was older and looked dirty or moldy around the base. I could hear the conversations of the next room in the bathroom!
Hated the toilet. Need to leave a toilet brush and cleaner in the water saving toilets.
Breakfast was ok. Coffee not really hot and the egg products were awful.
