"I asked for a time change for my booking and was denied. Also I tried to get my money back for the booking and was denied that as well. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY .ITS A SCAM. MIND YOU I NEVER EVEN SEEN THE ROOM BEACUSE I NEEDED TO RESCHEDULE THE DATES AND WAS DENIED MY REQUEST SO $87 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. How is a reschedule denied i already spent the .money? If it weren't for the unsuspecting people who book through this site not knowing the rules until after u book because they dont tell you the rules until u book, would this be acceptable anywhere else? No. DONT BOOK HERE."

"The room is quite big. The hotel is very convenient for parking and traveling, as well as shopping. There is a BJS hypermarket nearby, but you need to apply for a membership card to shop and do not accept cash purchases. The room is said to have kitchen equipment, including a large refrigerator, a large microwave, a dishwasher and several dishes and cups for tea. I originally thought there would be at least an induction cooker and pots, but there wasn't. It was quite different from the kitchen I imagined. This time we stayed in four hotels, and none of them had toothpaste, toothbrushes, disposable slippers and a hot water bottle. Towels, bath towels, hairdryers and irons are all available. Also, this hotel probably requires tipping for room cleaning. After cleaning me on the first day, I didn't leave a tip. I didn't come to clean the next day. The waiter didn't come until five o'clock when we were resting in the hotel. We said we would come back tomorrow. It was the same the next day. He was about to leave the hotel the next day, so he asked her to come back the next day. This person's situation has not been encountered in the other three hotels."

"Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel. È convenientemente situato vicino all'aeroporto, che ha reso molto più facile. Il lobby ha un pianoforte, e il mio bambino amava assolutamente giocare a questo 3° pianoforte era un toccante caldo e accogliente. Il personale era molto amichevole e ci ha resi confortevoli per tutta la nostra permanenza. In generale, era una piacevole e relaxante esperienza, e mi piacerebbe restare qui di nuovo."
