UUtente ospiteKurzer Weg vom Bus Terminal. Sehr freundliche, engagierte Mitarbeiter. Pancake Frühstück netter Bonus, wenn auch nicht mega lecker. Live Volcano TV und nette Lounge. Leider keine Steckdosen am Bett, wenig Platz im Zimmer, laut, da an der Strasse. Badezimmer nicht immer sauber, Duschen zu eng und kein Platz für Kleidung, keine Ablagen. Steckdosen funktionierten nicht für große Adapter.

SssrsdzryLa casa più lusinghia di questo viaggio. La notte in cui sono rimasti, ho chiesto di uscire per mezzo giorno per ricevere il personale. La stanza è senza aria condizionata. La colazione non è deliziosa. Questo è il panorama del mare. La zona è vicina. Non si può vedere il mare nella stanza. Il posto per la colazione può essere visto. L'aspetto della stanza è molto bello. La visione della manutenzione è scarsa a distanza, Non c'è nessuno.Non è affidabile guardare i punteggi.

EEmily Rose LDelightful hotel in a prime location: surrounded on a peninsula of sorts by lagoons/“ponds” filled with wildlife like herons, turtles, and fish. Each morning there are people fishing and enjoying the park next door and the pool is situated to enjoy all of this beauty. The rooms are basic and dated but you have what you need and if you have a relaxed Hilo mindset you’ll probably enjoy the 60s tropical vibe as much as we did! Very basic continental breakfast (bread and fruit only), but an okay-looking restaurant on site. There is also a small party/liquor store and a gift shop. Advice on how to make your experience feel like a resort: - book room 416 or something around there: one with a balcony in the Oceanside. - grab some meats and cheeses from the supermarket and if you can, hard boiled eggs or the like to supplement your breakfasts (there’s a fridge in your room and you can put your continental breakfast from the hotel in a To Go container that you re use each day). -get up early each day to have breakfast in the balcony and enjoy your view a couple hours before the day’s activities. So special and relaxing!

UUtente ospiteTremendous space & person! I arrived late (after 8pm) as a surprise for my Family Reunion & so after dinner. The caretaker met me kindly after I got into the door (clear & simple instructions were given) to help me to get my bearings, carry my 2 carryons to my room & lead me to my room. He also provided a cold bottle of water, MUCH appreciated! I found the place to be very clean, spacious & well-organized with simple instructions in the bathroom, kitchen & shared spaces. I appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness, while still giving me my space! TY again for this last-minute booking that turned into a true treasure for myself as an introvert needing space, cleanliness & simplicity. Mahalo & May ke Akua bless U always! Dawn

RRaymond MoyLoved the service they have there especially the 24h valet parking they offer. The first room I got was not really well as it feels very dusty, but they were very quick and offered a new room for me. I wanted a balcony and upgraded myself to it. One issue is the minor noise of some kind of engine at night especially when it’s quiet in the room. Definitely will be back to this hotel.
