"Looks like some upgrades were made since our last stay there. Was clean and comfortable."

"Hilo地區沒有特別好的酒店，就選擇了這家，好歹衝著是個大品牌。地理位置很優越，靠海，酒店綠化也不錯。要吐槽的是他們的主樓電梯，高峯時期居然衹開了一部，晚餐後大家排隊坐電梯…早餐廳完全沒有服務可言，帶位的黑人小妹一臉不耐煩，點單的女士也是一副別耽誤我下班的姿態，出餐順序很迷，上菜速度奇慢，這是我第一次在美國給了10%不到的小費。最後，酒店衹設valet parking，沒有self parking，這也算了，就給你們賺個服務費和小費吧。奇葩的是Check out的時候前台機器壞了，服務員説你們儘管先走趕飛機，等機器好了，我會把賬單發到你們郵箱。第二天一看賬單，被多charge了一天的valet parking fee，我郵件申訴石沉大海，最後衹能從上海打電話到前台申訴，錢是退回來了親，但對方完全沒有一點點抱歉的意思，一句sorry也沒有，語氣裏滿滿的不屑一顧。這酒店絕對上我的黑名單"

"Le camere da un lato i bagni dall altro attraversando lobby e tavoli da pranzo che sono per appunto nella stessa sala con tv musica ecc. In camera almeno 4 ventilatori accesi a far rumore. E meno male c'erano."

"The hotel itself is better than expected; You can tell that they went through a massive renovation in order to give a chill vibes based stay (on the outside). Inside of the room, it’s definitely an old hotel… I liked the furniture, but the windows were too open for my liking (you get the feeling that anyone can look into your room); Not as much of an issue since we used the curtains! The bath towels were covered in hair (ranging from long strands to tiny ***** pieces) which I found to be disgusting. The staff were more than willing to switch out the towels (there was still hair on them but a little dusting off mainly did the job). There was tiny ***** hair pieces in the bathtub as well, but I washed them down the drain so no biggie. The main issue that I had with this stay was that you could hear everything that was going on in rooms next door or outside. We heard loud screaming and fighting into the early ams, and it took a while for them to stop. This is not the hotel’s fault, but if you do stay here, keep in mind that the rooms aren’t very spacious, you can hear everything, and there might be hair in your towels. Overall, I really loved staying here and found it to be quite charming. The view in front of the hotel is INSANE. Though I listed negative traits about this hotel, I feel that it’s important to give some transparency to readers of this review. Mostly everyone goes into a hotel thinking that it’s 1000% clean and perfect. However, for me, the negative reviews are what I look for so that I know what to expect. You will definitely love the vibes and views this hotel has to offer, as well as the friendliness of the staff who worlds here."

"Tremendous space & person! I arrived late (after 8pm) as a surprise for my Family Reunion & so after dinner. The caretaker met me kindly after I got into the door (clear & simple instructions were given) to help me to get my bearings, carry my 2 carryons to my room & lead me to my room. He also provided a cold bottle of water, MUCH appreciated! I found the place to be very clean, spacious & well-organized with simple instructions in the bathroom, kitchen & shared spaces. I appreciate the simplicity & cleanliness, while still giving me my space! TY again for this last-minute booking that turned into a true treasure for myself as an introvert needing space, cleanliness & simplicity. Mahalo & May ke Akua bless U always! Dawn"

"Un paradiso nascosto nel misterioso canyon chiamato Kulaniapia Falls"

"Hotel delightful in una posizione privilegiata: circondato su una penisola di vari tipi di laghi/“ponti” riempiti di fauna selvatica come eroi, tartarughe e pesci. Ogni mattina c'è gente che pesca e gode del parco vicino alla porta e la piscina è situata per godere di tutta questa bellezza. Le camere sono di base e date ma hai quello che hai bisogno e se hai un relax Hilo mentale ti piacerà probabilmente la vibe tropicale dei 60s tanto quanto abbiamo fatto! Una colazione continentale molto di base (solo pane e frutta), ma un ristorante a buon look sul sito. Ci sono anche un piccolo negozio di feste/liquore e un negozio di regali. Consigli su come far sentire la vostra esperienza come un resort: - Prenota la stanza 416 o qualcosa intorno: una con balcone sul lato dell'oceano. - prendi qualche carne e formaggio dal supermercato e se puoi, uova bollite o il tipo di aggiustare il tuo colazione (c'è un frigo nella tua stanza e puoi mettere il tuo colazione continentale dall'hotel in un contenitore To Go che tu riutilizzi ciascuno (dai). -svegliatevi presto ogni giorno per fare colazione sul balcone e godere della vostra vista qualche ora prima delle attività del giorno."

"La casa più lusinghia di questo viaggio. La notte in cui sono rimasti, ho chiesto di uscire per mezzo giorno per ricevere il personale. La stanza è senza aria condizionata. La colazione non è deliziosa. Questo è il panorama del mare. La zona è vicina. Non si può vedere il mare nella stanza. Il posto per la colazione può essere visto. L'aspetto della stanza è molto bello. La visione della manutenzione è scarsa a distanza, Non c'è nessuno.Non è affidabile guardare i punteggi."
