Ho soggiornato qui per 3 notti durante un recente viaggio. Bella camera con due grandi letti matrimoniali. La doccia è fantastica, ma la vasca è davvero bassa, quindi non è l'ideale per chi ama un bel bagno. Buon Wi-Fi, TV grande, frigorifero in camera, ecc. La colazione è eccellente. Ampia scelta. Il caffè potrebbe essere migliore. Non mi aspetterei che un Hilton utilizzi macchine da caffè economiche con latte in polvere invece che fresco. La posizione è ottima. C'è il solito bus navetta per i terminal al costo di 7 sterline oppure si può camminare per 4-5 minuti fino a Hatton Cross e prendere la metropolitana gratuita per tutti i terminal (basta usare una carta contactless per superare i tornelli).

La stanza doveva essere tranquilla, ma c'era rumore dalla stanza accanto, quindi non mi sentivo molto bene.

A room with a Concorde view! Great hotel for early flight. We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best. Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal. Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow.

Near Hatton Cross Station, so it would not take too long to get to the airport. But the room is not very soundproof, you can hear some voices from other rooms.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn foe 1 night before I was due to travel the next morning for an early morning flight. The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Hatton Cross underground station. Upon arrival, there were two members of staff at the reception desk. One member of staff was busy serving a customer, and the other member of staff had just finished checking in a customer. I waited and then approached the counter and said hello to the member of staff who responded coldy that I would need to go to her colleagues' desk and wait to be served. There was no explanation given. I assumed that maybe she had finished her shift and needed to leave the counter. Her colleague was still busy serving a guest, so I had to wait a few minutes before they were finished and I could be served (please note I had a small child with me). During this time, whilst I was waiting, two new guests walk in and approach the counter I was previously at, and the same employee that told me to join her colleagues queue then began the check-in process for these two new guests no questions asked she was friendly to them. Me and my child were kept waiting to be checked ilfor a few more minutes before we were eventually attended to. I asked the employee who served me if there was a reason why his colleague sent me to his counter and made us wait when she had no visible guests or did not appear busy for a period time whilst we had to wait to be checked-in. He apologised and was unsure why she did not check us in. Her attitude put me off ever wanting to stay in the Hilton Garden hotel and made the start of the holiday experience a negative one. Though the colleague that served me was polite, it didn't dosmoss how I felt from his colleagues earlier coldenss and treatment. I would not stay in the Hilton Garden Inn, Heathrow again.

Very friendly staff, they couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bar / restaurant wasn’t too expensive, the food was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, again the the staff went out of there to help with any questions you might have. Overall a great place to start your trip Well Done and Thanks

Great staff make this otherwise unextraordinary hotel rather better than you might expect. Breakfast buffet was very good. The only downside for me was the quality of the burger served in the bar, which was very poor - overworked meat, tasteless cheese and worst of all, flaccid, barely cooked bacon.

Basic hotel suitable for a quick stopover. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was quite old and had no exhaust so it got steamy easily. Hairdryer was quite sticky in some parts

A good place to stay to get over jet lag.  Good food

Nice family stay and good restaurant! It is a great value here!

Perfect hotel for the night before a flight. Easy walk to the tube stop into the terminal. Clean rooms and nice bar area.
