Very pleasantly surprised by the motel. Rooms were a decent size, had a bath (with shower overhead), a fan that was useful for our warm summer night. Staff were friendly and efficient. As the motel is located on the North bound M5 services, it was great to find out there was 'secret' exit if you wanted to exit to the South. Although our room faced the car park, it was very quiet at night and we slept undisturbed with the window open. Would stay again.

Terrible would not recommend Dirty, old, needs updating bed really uncomfortable

Everything I expected were good and similar to hotels in the same budget category.

Easy stop off just off the M5, clean room, great amenities for a short stay next to a services and petrol station.

Room was fine, standard motel style. Pillows too soft and squidgy. Soap in bathroom had run out. Decent size room, ok for a motel. The food facilities at the service station were very poor at 8pm. The only food available was McDonalds, which I don't use, or WH Smith(!). The other places, noodles or rice seemed to have little left. I ended up with sandwiches and a bag of crisps. No proper hot meals, no chance of a glass of wine. Depressing atmosphere in the service station

La struttura è semplice e quasi spartana, ma non manca nulla per godere di un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo pernottato ad un costo decisamente basso rispetto alle strutture circostanti, era previsto soltanto un supplemento per il nostro cane (10£); non era prevista la colazione - peraltro disponibile con ampia scelta presso gli altri servizi nell'area di sosta - ma c'era in camera il bollitore con le bustine di tè e di caffè. Personale gentilissimo e premuroso. Ci tornerei senz'altro.
