Hotel a Hervas, Spagna

Terrible overall experience!! The 'supreme' room was a joke! Our view of air conditioning pipes was ridiculous. We did not sleep a wink as the spring beds were literally the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on! There is NO privacy glass/frosted pane windows in the bathroom!!! Im sure that's illegal and an utter disgrace. We booked the hotel for an indoor pool. We asked the reception how we use it, she said it was off limits, full. i think we saw two people in the whole hotel!! To top it off, the shower was an absolute shocker, you have to run the water FOR 20 MINUTES, before it gets scalding hot, followed by freezing within 30 seconds.....and then hot again! 20 minutes of water wasted each use. Terrible. Who has 20mins to pre-plan a shower! Our 'breakfast' was a stale roll with slices of kiwi and a miniscule pot of margarine. Their only saving grace is the lovely lady who served us this abomination. For covid times, you'd think hotels would go the extra mile. This was quite the opposite

La posizione: perfetto L'hotel: bello. Riformare un vecchio palazzo in modo moderno, ma conservando la sostanza. Il trattamento: impeccabile Prezzo: bene Ripeterei di nuovo. Inoltre ammettano animali e le trattano con molto carino. Se possibile, consiglio di prendere il parcheggio dell'hotel.

Aunque hemos pasado solo una noche, la verdad es que nos resultó un hotel genial con cama cómoda y un desayuno buenísimo y completo, todo ello sumado a una gran amabilidad de sus recepcionistas y camarero del desayuno. Mucha amabilidad, muy bien situado y no se puede pedir más.

Grande uscita per rilassarsi. Le camere erano spaziali. Avevamo la nostra terrazza. Bella e più fredda delle città circostanti. La piscina all'aperto è a pochi passi dall'edificio principale. Abbiamo anche provato le strutture spa che sono a costi aggiuntivi. La zona spa è molto utile. Abbiamo anche avuto un massaggio. Questo è un po' costoso per quello che hai ottenuto. I dettagli fanno la differenza di darle cinque stelle. Uno è, per esempio, il buffet per colazione che era un po' scarso per un hotel di questa dimensione. Ci sono state poche varietà, pane secco e troppo dolci in imballaggi di plastica. Ma questo è un dettaglio. Raccomando al massimo l'hotel per un grande rilassamento.

Il parcheggio interno è piuttosto avventuroso, il vostro ascensore è insensato (o in basso, inchiostro), ma abbiamo fatto un grande SUV Citroen. Il paradotto è un luogo molto accogliente, grande e di per sé merita la visita, situato in un convento antico. Piccolo ma piacevole piscina accanto alle mura della città. Camera confortevole con buoni letti. Camminare facilmente nella città di Plasencia con una accogliente terrazza presso la Chiesa di San Nicola. La colazione è presa nel vecchio reperto, bello.

Il 5 gennaio abbiamo mangiato un gruppo di amici con bambini e l'esperienza è stata fantastica e il trattamento eccellente. I grandi impianti per un gruppo grande, e con bambini è il meglio, perché ci sono grandi spazi interni e esterni. Il cibo era molto ricco, il riso con un bel buco, il segreto eccellente e il poster delizioso mango. Ci siamo entusiasti. L'anno q prossimo ripeteremo, come sempre, senza dubbio.

Hotel superbonito en un pueblo de ensueño. Dispone de un parking, aunque no vale para coches grandes. El edifico es antiguo, magníficamente decorado. Habitaciones amplias, la nuestra al menos con un balconcito. Lo único que no me gustó, aunque no va referido al hotel propiamente dicho, sí tiene que ver. Era finales de setiembre, y el restaurante del hotel estaba cerrado por vacaciones. Pero es que otros tres restaurantes que tienen en el pueblo, y que te recomiendas, estaban también cerrados por vacaciones. Sólo te ofrecían el de Los Templarios, para el que necesitabas ir en coche. Salvando esta circunstancia, lo demás bastante bien. La señora que estaba en recepción cuando llegamos, educada pero todo lo contrario a la simpatía.
