Balsamico Traditional Suites

We stayed at the hotel for summer vacation and it was half board included. We expected nice meals every day and Maria who is manager was very nice and warm. We tasted traditional greek foods made with fresh organic ingredients and it was very comfortable like our home. You could feel special feeling because it is very local. We had very fun and spent memorable days there. We already miss there. I wish i could be there again. I absolutely recommend this hotel !

We returned home yesterday from a week spent at this wonderful hotel everything is perfect here from the traditional decor to the fabulous hosts who couldn’t be more friendly everything is spotlessly clean and the Breakfasts are to die for, we will definitely be back again

Another week spent at this little Gem of a hotel the whole place is spotlessly clean and the rooms are of a very high standard, Maria is a fantastic friendly host and her husband is a great Chef, can’t wait to go back again this really is a ver high class hotel

Me and my fiancé travelled to stay for our first time in Crete and could not have been more pleased with the quality of accommodation on offer at Balsamico. We were warmly welcomed by Maria on arrival and processed quickly through check in to our amazing room with hot tub on the terrace. Everything was spotlessly clean and modern in the room, there was even a drinks fridge for keeping bottled water and other drinks. Covid protocols are strictly followed by all the staff and there is plenty of space around the pool to relax (most of the time not very busy at all). The breakfast each morning offered lots of variety and was always delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for Maria or the rest of her family who were always on hand for any advice about the local area, serving a nice drink from the bar or just having a chat! Balsamico is a short walk (less than 5 mins) from Old Chersonisos village square which has lots of bars/restaurants and shops, another good advantage being so close to these. I’d highly recommend to couples who like a very relaxed and warm a**osphere!

We can absolutely recommend this hotel. Many thanks for everything. Very clean, great food, incredibly nice hosts. It was wonderful and we will definitely be back. Also the room with the outdoor whirlpool was very nice. If you are looking for a nice place to chillout and explore the island - book this! ;)

Un hôtel magnifique aussi beau que sur les photos voir plus, d’une propreté irréprochable. Une cuisine authentique avec des produits frais de saison préparés avec un grand soin...sur 10 jours nous n avons jamais mangé la même chose.Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Maria et son mari sont les hôtes les plus accueillants qu’on n’est jamais rencontrés. Ils se plient en quatre pour vous servir. Maria fait beaucoup d’effort pour vous parler en français ! Bravo ! On se sent bien. La piscine est agréable. Possibilité d’aller à pied dans la vieille ville pour un resto, un verre ou boutiques, pharmacie et pour des petites courses... Au cours de nos voyages, on en a essayé des hôtels, l’hôtel Balsaminco est le meilleur pour nous. Merci pour ce séjour inoubliable !

Kamers zijn schoon en netjes , ontbijt is wat eentonig, ligging is zeer stil en rustig, er is geen lift aanwezig alleen trappen , zwembad is helaas maar tot 18:30 open dus na een lange dag nog even zwemmen is niet mogelijk, de gastvrouw en hasr zoon zijn zeer vriendelijk.

Het was een super mooi hotel met zeer gastvrije eigenaars, maria en echtgenoot. Niets was hun teveel om het jouw naar de zin te maken Elke ochtend een perfect ontbijt en steeds andere keuzes. Kamers en bedden en douche was zeer goed en rustige ligging.
