La stanza? Grande Posizione? Grande Servizi? Inesistente. Quando ho fatto il check-in, mi è stato detto che la piscina era stata prenotata per tutta la serata e che non sarebbe stata disponibile... anche se ho pagato per una piscina. Non sprecare tempo o denaro. Best Western sarebbe stata una scommessa migliore per il prezzo.

We loved our stay at surf city hostel! The hostel is located in a very fun and safe area. Lots of restaurants and bars as well as beach access less than 2 mins away. The hostel itself is small but this means you immediately feel welcomed into the community. Roger allowed us to use the laundry facilities even though it was inconvenient timing for the staff. Everyone was very nice which makes sense because everyone we met was volunteering at the hostel… this meant that it was very clean since they spent all day cleaning… the luggage storage seemed a bit dodgy and was often left unlocked. Overall this was a good stay and very good value for your money. Favourite place we’ve stayed in LA so far compared to 2 other chain hostels we stayed in.

Hampton Inn and Suites Hermosa Beach

We checked in to the Hampton Inn on March 11, 2023 for a two night stay. I know that every stay or experience can’t always be perfect, and I know some things are beyond the control of the management or staff. However I think there’s a problem at the Hampton Inn Hermosa Beach that might have something to do with the management. First of all they have signs all over the building that say “Making You Happy Makes Us Happy“ and “Enter the Happy Zone” however, I can honestly say I never saw one staff member smile. Not the maids, the kitchen staff, the front desk personnel, or the man I assumed was the manager. I made a point of watching for a smile the second day after seeing the signs. I never spoke to the manager. He didn’t look approachable. I understand we couldn’t count on a specific room but why couldn’t we at least request one? We were told if we called back the morning of our reservation we could do it at that time if such a room was available. When we did so, we were told all the rooms were assigned the day before by the manager. Now, that aside, I must mention that the top of the vending and ice machines on the third floors are disgusting! In room 302 The doors to the toilet and clothes closet don’t open without one being adjusted out of the way. The heater which sits right next to the bed blows cold air directly at the person sleeping next to it every time it comes on. We didn’t get maid service. We noticed there was no “Maid Service Requested” door hanger and called the desk to report it and we were told, “Just make sure you don’t put the ‘Do Not Disturb’ hanger on the outside of the door and the maids will clean your room.” It didn’t happen and so I was told to come down to the front desk if I wanted a washcloth and towel. Finally, the breakfast the first morning we were there consisted of among other things what looked like over-stirred powdered imitation eggs, undercooked sausage links, and bananas that almost two weeks later might still not be ripe. I think I’ll avoid staying at Hampton Inns in the future. I felt like it wasn’t worth the money.

La stanza è grande, nessuno può vivere, Il tipo di colazione è limitato, non c'è cibo caldo, ma è adatto per il cibo veloce e leggero prima di uscire.Grani, frumento, pane, yogurt, ecc.C'è un supermercato vicino, l'altra parte è McDonald's, c'è Starbucks vicino, e si può raggiungere la spiaggia di Hamosa a piedi. Potrebbe essere un giorno di lavoro, ma è bello godersi la sensazione locale senza essere ingorghi.Ho vissuto tre notti, ma non ho incontrato i giapponesi. Non c'è una sensazione di lusso o di lusso in vacanza.

Just returned from a beautiful trip to California. My last stop on my trip was a two night stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hermosa Beach! Loved this quaint, hotel in Hermosa Beach, CA. Excellent customer service. The awesome hotel desk worker automatically upgraded my room to a suite! Thank you! Nice quick drive to the beach and close to LAX airport! Will stay again next time I am in California!
