Very nice value and clean, comfortable rooms. Well located within walking distance of transport to Knossos, as well as several cafes and, if interested in a longer walk, the Archaeological Museum and Old Town with shops and great restaurants. Had a bit of confusion with obtaining check in information, but owners were very kind and we were able to sort it out before any of our party arrived. EXCELLENT showers, and the shampoo/conditioner and other toiletries provided were so nice I ended up buying some to take home!

Great location with short walk to harbour, bus station and old town. Apartment was stylish, clean, comfortable and quiet with small balcony. Kitchenette was handy. Good communication from Eleni and there is private parking adjacent. Nice bakery and small supermarket just up the road! Fully recommend, would happily stay here again.

This is on a side street (which looks like an alley, with cars and trash bins) in a residential area. It feels more like an airbnb than a hotel. The rooms themselves were quite pretty and the owners/managers left treats for the kids which was nice. But I would not return, based on location.

Great apartment near port and airport. Excellent communication from owners throughout booking. Clean, modern, comfortable - would stay again and recommend. Easy access to airport bus which cost €1.10 for the journey ( about 15 minutes)

We stayed here for the night before cAtching a ferry. A shame we did not have longer here as it was so fantastic. The host was waiting for us when we arrived and was very welcoming. The room looked exactly as it did in the photographs and was so comfortable. Definitely recommend this to all. We hope to return.

We were so happy we chose Artree Suites. From the start Eleni has been just perfect. Sent a text providing very useful information, such as parking, and because we were arriving late how to access the property. Everything worked so well and we had a wonderful stay there. Our room was large, modern, very well appointed with excellent furnishings. Everything we needed including a nespresso machine. Wonderfully large walk-in shower. Wonderfully large king size bed that was very comfy with great pillows. Wifi was excellent and very easy to log in to. A short walk to the centre of the town but there is also plenty of useful shops etc nearby. We would gladly stay again when in Heriklion and I would heartedly recommend Artree suites.

Propre, petite stationnement gratuit ,proche à tous( restaurant ,commerce) les lits sont confortables, pesonels gentils moderne avec ascenseur comme l'annonce il n'y a pas de mauvaise surprise. comme premier place pour nous en Crete on est très satisfait

Un endroit très sympathique. Dans le centre ville, à proximité de tout. Charmant petit immeuble de 2/3 étages, très moderne avec des suites incroyables. N’hésitez en aucun cas à y aller. Vous en aurez plein les yeux et de magnifiques souvenirs. Le patron d’une grande gentillesse, avec pleins d’attentions à votre arrivée. Et pendant votre séjour, vous pouvez lui demander n’importe quoi , il se démène, se met en quatre pour vous satisfaire et vous réponds pratiquement instantanément. La décoration est magique. Moderne et cocooning. Une belle terrasse qui donne sur un immense potager, des effluve de menthe vous remonte le soir. Un must ce lieu.
