Dimargio Luxury Hotel & Spa

We stayed at the Dimargio for a week. Outstanding service all week by the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staffs. The front desk staff in particular bent over backwards to help when I needed a doctor and a dentist. The doctor and the dentist were excellent and solved my problems. In addition to finding a doctor and dentist, the front desk found and booked excellent restaurants for us. They arranged hotel is spotless - we loved the hot tub.

It is centrally located, looks nice, has very kind staff, it is a small hotel with small rooms. The room was quiet and the curtains were covering the window well. The breakfast was very nice with a great variety to choose from. No traditional filter coffee was offered, just the automatic coffee machine you see nowadays in all hotels (which I hate, so I deny to even try it anymore)

Super hotel and excellent location, very close to the old two. Shopping district. Very good service and the staff were so friendly. Ten minute walk to the harbour and plenty of restaurants nearby to walk to. Highly recommend it for a city break.

What a lovely and perfect stay while in herklion. Katrena from the start was fantastic with handling our booking and all the details. She was able to arrange our transfer and all the details. We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with a welcome drink and a smile. The hotel restaurant was still open and able to accommodate us with large lovely plates of food; much needed after our travel and late arrival. The transfer company and driver were so courteous, waiting with a sign and were prompt in our pick up in a clean and spacious vehicle. The hotel property itself is well appointed and well thought out. Each detail down to lighting and efficient use of space and millwork in rooms were smart. The room had exactly what you would need for comfort during any type of stay. The shower was well functioning and amenity products were local olive. Everything, and I mean everything was clean and spotless at this property. We were able to enjoy breakfast in the courtyard; the area itself is so charming and is a lovely mix of old classic cretian meets mid century modern. I would highly recommend this luxury boutique hotel right in central Herklion and would gladly return if we find ourselves in the area in the future.

This is a perfect hotel if you want to be in the center of Heraklion. And very quiet at the same time. The hotel seems almost new. Bedding is extremely comfortable. And breakfast is great. All the staff is very attentive. Sophia, at the reception was particularly nice and helpfull. Always smiling and she gave us many useful information. Do not hesitate to stay at the dimargio.

The title says it all!! I came at the end of May till early June 23 with friends. I stayed for 6 nights and was very impressed on arrival. I met Eva and she checked me in with a welcome drink whilst I took in the décor and how clean the hotel was. The hotel is well built, modern and a contemporary feel with no expense spared, the layout and finishing was done very well, bright and clean. Absolutely everything is new in the hotel! The rear of the dining area was the best surprise of all. A courtyard compromising of an old partial bare house around a 100 years old and made into a dining/bar area where I can take in the sun and have cocktails in a intimate setting. The hotel rooms were just great, a big bed with all amenities, warm powerful shower and quiet at night. I used the gym area in lower ground floor which was clean. They also have a spa area too. I made my way to breakfast every morning with no disappointments and plenty of fresh fruit and breakfast items. In the evenings, I would have dinner and greeted by the well renowned Head Chef Miron. An absolute pleasure to meet as well as the food he prepares with great detail and passion. I credit to him and an asset to the Dimargio Luxury hotel brand. We then left for Agios Nikolaos, however I ended staying there for further 2 days and on travelling back to Heraklion I emailed The lovely Katerina at Dimargio whom in a few hours booked another room for me for further 2 days and so I extended my stay once more. I wouldn't stay any where else and didn't think of looking as I knew what to expect and to high standards. The entire Dimargio team were just perfect, attention to detail, warm and helpful. I didn't want to leave but will be visiting again very soon. A 5* star rating for a 5* star hotel. Well done and see you soon.
