Please note, this is not a staffed hotel. Description stated luggage can be left at reception. However the door to building is locked and you need a code to enter. I had gotten off ferry at 7:00 am and had planned to leave bags at reception. I had completed check online around 8:30 am, but did not receive email with codel. I tried to call several lines associated with hotel (3 lines in total, spanning 5 phone calls) for the next two hours and emailed reception twice. I was standing outside the building during this time with all my bags and two young children. I only got one of the calls picked up, which was hung up soon thereafter. I decided to find luggage storage in the city center so I could use the day touring the city. At 13:00, I received an email with codes to building that were only active during check in time of 15:00 to 11:00 am next morning. I responded back requesting early check in and they were able to adjust the door code to allow me to enter. I would recommend messaging on WhatsApp and maybe you would have more luck than I did calling. I am from US and dont usually use this app. There is a reception desk (which is not staffed). It's unclear if bags are simply placed under the desk and technically accessible to all hotel guests (but locked from outside of building - I did not inquire about this as I did not feel comfortable leaving my bags here after check out due to issues we encountered during check in). We booked the room with the hot tub. It appeared the room had just been readied prior to out 13:00 check in. The hot tub was on but was 20.5 C (max 40). It was very cold. We had it heating up the entire evening but even at 20:00, it was not yet at 40.0 C. This was very disappointing as we had paid extra for this room and expected the hot tub to be useable at check in time. It heated up about 2.0-2.5 C per hour. We could not find a sign for No Service. We do not typically have service as we dont care for people in the room. As we could not find a sign, service did enter to make the beds. One of the TV remotes did not work, but we were able to use the other one for both TVs. Some mold build up on molding of shower. Toilet is not level and feels as if you are sitting a bit tilted. The property was a good location, within walking distance to bus stop and city center. It's unclear if there is an elevator. The stairs are spiral and fairly narrow if carrying a lot of luggage. there can be two sets of stairs depending where you room is located. No hand rail on the spiral steps. My daughter did trip going down them. Overall, it was a fine place to stay especially if you do not need to check in early. I had requested early check in and late check out (or baggage storage) when I booked and the experience was disappointing.
