Beautiful hotel, the location is nice. comfortable room with all the necessary amenities. staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The location is a bit far from the metro station, but quite close to the tramcar station. I was assigned a room at the end of the corridor, even outside of the main accommodation area. The room is fundamentally clean, but the water pot is too dirty to use. The shower head kept popping off, and the light in the shower room automatically turns off it if I took a shower longer than 5 mins and will not turn on again unless I go outside the shower room and then come back. The sauna was highly satisfying, except that I saw a couple went to the sauna room during the woman only hours, each of them with just one tower and no other clothes.

Unity is located west of the city centre so a short tram journey is needed to get to the main sights and shopping areas. The building is very well maintained and attractively decorated. My suite was very spacious for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night. Had I not already booked other accomodation I would have stayed here for my entire trip. I was so impressed. The neighbourhood gets quiet in the evenings but there are bars, cafes and food shops just a short walk away.

Stayed here for two nights for my first time in Helsinki. Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The loft apartment was clean and well equipped. Will definitely choose this place on my next visit!!

This apartment hotel is great for business/ solo traveler who also plans to take the ferry. It’s super close. There’s a tram stop not to far from hotel entrance. It’s quiet, convenient and super comfortable. The breakfast is the same every morning. So it’s a bit disappointing. But otherwise the it’s a great stay. Definitely will book it again.

安靜，乾淨，自助入住，周圍交通方便，去市區景點只要十五分鐘不到，周圍有24小時便利店，店員可以用英語，很方便。房間落地窗看落日很美，不過這個季節落日是晚上快十一點才有，日出是早上四點更看不到了，但相信我落地窗很美。 床在二樓，睡的很舒服，只是行李不方便搬上二樓。很滿意的一次預定。

因為預訂了第二天早上從碼頭出發去愛沙尼亞塔林的船票，所以選擇了這家酒店。安全性很好，十一點以後就鎖門了，但前台人員24小時都在，不存在XC提示的過點不能check in的問題。單人間都是挑高兩層的，床在上層，衞生間廚房及沙發起居室在下面。芬蘭自來水均可以直接飲用。如果想要自己做飯的話也很方便，廚具齊全。

Il bagno è spazioso. Camera silenziosa e letto veramente comodo. Struttura situata in un posto tranquillo. Presente anche la cucina completa di tutto: piano cottura, lavello, microonde. Parquet in tutta la camera e il letto è posizionato sul soppalco. Davvero caratteristico.

Ottimo hotel a una decina di minuti di tram 9 dal centro della città . Le camere sono in realtà dei miniappartamenti dotati di angolo cottura (microonde, piastre, bollitore, lavastoviglie) divano con Tv e nel soppalco (scale abbastanza ripide) il letto grande e comodo. La prima colazione compresa nella tariffa è composta da un croissant/muffin , un panino imbottito caffè, succo e yogurt . Non è a buffet per cui non c’è una vasta scelta. Compreso nel prezzo l’accesso alla palestra Il rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Decisamente da consigliare

The room was poorly cleaned, the bed wasn’t made, the chairs were greasy (?!) the breakfast was expensive yet of bad quality. I stayed for a total of 10 hours in the room alone to only shower and sleep and got charged 50€ for a supposed gum on the wall (it doesn’t make sense how it could possibly have happened). I heard rumors the company is greedy and charge extra for anything they can but did not want to believe it until I experienced it firsthand. If possible, avoid this place!

From check in to check out we didn’t experience any issues. The temperature is not high in the room but acceptable. It’s not often everything is perfect but in this hotel/apartment nothing to complain about. I miss a normal breakfast. In this hotel it it like a cafe instead. We didn’t use it.

well located and very accessible for the city. Greta room and facilities. Sadly I didn't have time to utilise the sauna! The room was well appointed and the staff super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
