The room we were assigned does not have a window. So, no natural light nor air. It has a huge column in the middle (1 meter of diameter), reducing the free movement in it. Very uncomfortable. In addition, there was no television, but a beamer with a big screen (no instructions to use available). All in all, the bedroom was clean but far from the standards one expects in this type of 4-star hotels. We arrived very late at night for the check-in at the reception and we were not asked or informed about these room conditions. We did not request the change of room as it was so late and we were tired after a very long trip.

I am very impressed with the staff. They all are really helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. You can take a tram from central station to the hotel. Everything is perfect.

Spacious room, comfortable beds and awesome breakfast! We had to leave very early on one morning so they gave us takeout boxes for our breakfast :-) this hotel never disappoints. Location is about 1km walk to city center but only a 3 stop tram ride to Kamppi shopping center.

It was great and amazing experienced during my 2 day stay in this hotel. The people in reception area was very polite and welcoming. The location is very accessible and close to some of the most common tourist attractions and tourist spot. And what I like very most is the luxurious and plentiful food during breakfast. You have plenty of food to choose with and very delicious. Thank you very much.

Small room with a beautiful view. The toilet even has a bidet. They managed to pack a lot of things in the room including a huge TV.

連泊したのですが、お掃除があんまり… シャワーの床はピンクの水カビがあったし、２日目は日中出かけている間にお掃除してくれるものと思って夕方戻ったらお部屋はそのままでタオル交換もなし、リクエスト制かなと思ってカウンターでお掃除をお願いしてもう一度外出して戻ってきたらそれでもベッドメイキングされてないしシャワールームの髪の毛もそのまま、おそらく掃除を途中で切り上げたのか業務用のゴミ袋のロールが床に転がってました。悲しい… レセプションスタッフの方はやさしく、親切でした。

設施：有浴缸，床很大，訂了一個大床房，結果是兩張1.8的大床。而且不像歐洲大部分酒店大床是用兩個小床拼的。 衞生：比較乾淨。 服務：唯一一瓶瓶裝水，還要註冊會員才能免費。什麼玩意！

フェリーの港に近いところで選択しました。路面電車の駅からも歩いて2分くらいで近くて良かったです。チェックイン時間のだいぶ前に着きましたが、部屋の準備ができていたのでメンバーシップに無料で入ればアーリーチェックインができるということで早めに入ることができました。スタッフの方の対応は皆さん良かったです。入り口のスーツケース用？の坂はなかなか急で怖かったです。隣にはエレベーターもありました。キッズルームもあり、備品がないものが結構ありましたが子供は楽しんでいました。朝食ビュッフェも新鮮で美味しく楽しめました。

環境很好，有健身房，健身房設施齊全，適合各種人去鍛鍊，離市中心很近，我很喜歡，來赫爾辛基就住這裏，不住不是中國人
