Albergo orribile , ambienti sporchi , ascensori lerci, hall e reception sporche senza cura lasciata a se stessa, ruggine e vetri rotti sulle porte di emergenza nei corridoi. Assistenza inesistente .Le camere sporche ( in quanto ne ho viste 3) piene di polvere, letto non fatto, pavimento sporco mura scrostate e senza un telefono (se ci fossimo sentiti male non potevamo chiamare nessuno) porta doccia con muffa ed un tira acqua che l’ospite avrebbe dovuto usare dopo la doccia in quanto si allagava tutto. Rialzo tra la porta del bagno e camera pericoloso perche’ se non lo vedevi cadevi e ti spaccavi la testa . Tv con fili elettrici appesi ad una scarpetta elettrica penzolante , arredo datato vecchio . Corridoi con moquette e pavimenti sporchi . In sala colazione non c’era nessuno che controllasse chi avesse la colazione e chi no .. quindi poteva entrare chiunque e mangiare ..anche se aveva preso solo la camera senza breakfast. Una sola addetta in tutto l’albergo al check in ragazza giovane di nome Rosa che alle mie rimostranze per tutta la situazione paradossale di sporcizia ed abbandono in cui versava l’hotel e le camere ovviamente si è messa a piangere e se n’è scappata nel back Office non sapendo cosa fare , non conoscendo la classificazione del suo hotel e lamentandosi del fatto che fosse sola in tutta la struttura e non ci fosse un responsabile. Purtroppo ci siamo dovuti veramente arrangiare avendo pagato in anticipo e nonostante abbiamo contattato assistenza Trip.com non siamo riusciti ad andare via perché non c’era disponibilità altrove (a vostro dire ). Siamo in attesa dell’esito della richiesta di rimborso totale del soggiorno e della vacanza rovinata per una situazione di disagio e malessere in quel che doveva essere un 4 stelle ma vi assicuro che non ne ha nemmeno mezza. Is quite close to the Helsinki central train station. Nice location

very convenient location, tram station is directly opposite the hotel and is a short walk from central station

Breakfast is as per normal European style with limited choice. Cleanliness is OK but good location

酒店交通方便，早餐豐富，環境舒適，酒店房間乾淨，可推薦遊客入住，建議買一日電車及火車票，Metro地鐵站，全日任用 EUR10，可由中央火車站搭火車去機場也包，車程約35分鐘，快捷方便。(若單程由火車去機場都要5元，搭每程電車要3元多，所以買 day pass 10元，抵). 酒店樓下有 K - supermaket, 方便。

Buona location, Ambiente appena sufficiente, Camera spartana, da dimenticare il bagno ( in Italia siamo abituati diversamente ) dove c'erano due sifoni e uno spazzolone per togliere l' acqua dalla doccia. Buona la colazione

My room didn’t have a window. They said I could have known while booking it, but I didn’t know. They could not change my room. WiFi is slow.

Location location! Absolutely great position - walking distance from Train - which is handy when catching train from airport. Lots of restaurants and eateries around ie subway. We stayed in November and seen lots of beautiful snow - the subway/train station can be accessed across the road so you can avoid the chill or you can catch the tram right outside the door. Hotel is comfortable not flash. Nice breakfast Very clean rooms and super friendly reception staff Thanks for the stay.

I was making brief stop before heading to meeting and was taking short shover... or so I think. Hot water runs out just when I get myself all over shampoo! So need to wash out in hand wash stall what did give hot water... expect that got clogged! So quite irritadet and already running late run down and told this to reception. "We change your room" was only solution but since I was already late and all my staff was in old one I told and 'cause I come back at night and was taking morning flight I dont wanna take my sleeping time to re-packing and moving. No sorryes, no any kind of refund... cold shover, handstall full of water and really noisy air condition with cold air. Never again this one! Couple our bad sleep and cranky travel to airport was all I get!

Well, a rather cheap hotel in the center of Helsinki, so you can't really expect it to be fancy. Our room in 7.th floor was spaciuous but worn, and the bathroom had a scent of mold (especially when it go humid during shower). Others complained poor sound proofing, we didn´t have problems with that but it´s noteworthy that at the upper floor windows facing the backyard we could still hear the trams. Breakfast standard Scandic so I'd say it's better than the hotel itself.
