Hotel con piscina a Heidelberg

La custodia dei bagagli prima dell'entrata ha super-spazzato e molto predefinito signore nella zona di ricezione. Accessibilità telefonica nastro precedentemente generato, molto infelice. Il controllo in se stesso era purtroppo piuttosto divertente, grazie al cambiamento di personale.Inoltre, subito dopo il controllo in un barista intruso che voleva mescolare i cocktail. Purtroppo non è stato così quando ho dovuto fumare, attraverso il ”lobby”. Hotel camere nonostante i costi più costosi del mio viaggio, purtroppo la più urgente di tutti. gigantica TV, bella letto, bella coperta, clima, Disegno di attrezzature... purtroppo è completamente inoperativo, quindi non solo mancava spazio per imballare la mia valigia e i prodotti cosmetici nel bagno. No, purtroppo, la scrivania era così vicina al letto che c'era un punto blu intorno. Grande plus, tuttavia visto troppo tardi. Cocchieri d'acqua con caffè solubile, latte e zucchero/tea era pronto nella stanza.

Vicinanza a Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof (stazione ferroviaria, a soli 8 minuti a piedi). Sono sorpreso dal mobilio completo, anche microonde per cucinare il nostro colazione per il giorno successivo. Più come un appartamento che un hotel. Bella soggiorno

E'molto conveniente guidare da soli, molto più economico di vivere in Hüdeburg City, e il servizio è anche molto buono, il personale è molto entusiasta, con il nome dell'hotel e il paesaggio rurale nelle zone vicine, c'è sempre un'illusione in Sud America...La colazione va bene, in generale, è molto consigliabile per i turisti auto guida. Finalmente, che bella Hiddeburg!

La scuola si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Heidelberg, l'edificio è uno accanto all'altro. La stanza non era così piccola che ho camminato. C'è l'aria condizionata per la calda estate. Il cibo qui è delizioso, con uova strapazzate, pane, croissant, cereali e caffè. Consigliato Comodo per stare qui.

All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

Posizione: lungo la strada, ~5 minuti dall'HBF. Reception: ammesso check-in precoce; non hanno sempre qualcuno al conto, quindi solo chiamali e apriranno la porta per voi (conosciuto alcuni altri ospiti, persone molto carine che mi hanno aiutato a fare la chiamata!) Ascensore: vecchio e piccolo ma funziona! Camera: letto matrimoniale = 2 letto singolo, con alcune aeree inizialmente perché hanno lasciato la finestra aperta per aprirla, il personale di servizio ha aiutato a ottenere le aeree fuori. Toaletta: piccola ma gestibile se siete piccoli, potrebbe non essere adatto per le persone di grande dimensione, poiché la zona di bagno è piccola. Trasporti: ha portato RNV20 al furniculare (che ha portato ad altre aree turistiche), super comodo!

Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip.
