La posizione è molto buona, proprio al di là del Parco High Tech, non troppo lontano da due linee di metropolitana. Anche se si ordina di prendere il cibo, ci sono abbastanza da scegliere tra nella zona. Il cibo è stato inviato via robot, che era conveniente.
Il servizio di ricezione non ha parlato inglese, che è ok per me, ma forse non per altri ospiti.
Le camere non sono le più nuove, tuttavia, pulite e non c'è nulla di negativo da dire.
La foto del giardino, per favore, non essere stupida. La ”giardina” è sul piano comune davanti a una sala conferenze. Era fredda, e ancora una volta non è nemmeno uno spazio separato. Non è un palestra e non dovrebbe essere nemmeno menzionato qui nella descrizione dell'hotel.

Un marchio di hotel che è sempre stato molto affidabile e non è rimasto deluso. La posizione dell'hotel è facile da trovare ed è comodo per mangiare e fare shopping. Parcheggio Ci sono molti posti auto e c'è un ascensore per andare direttamente alla reception al 4° piano. Il personale dell'hotel Xiao Ding Jianguo era molto entusiasta e ha presentato la zuppa di fagioli mung. La colazione è abbondante, la qualità è buona e la scelta è forte. I bambini sotto 1,4 m sono gratuiti. Il bambino adora mangiare i panini svizzeri al cioccolato nel negozio! Gli articoli da toeletta sono tutte serie Petrov! Soddisfazione come sempre!

Xxxing_uk1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station.
2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment.
3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance.
4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish.
5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day.
The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

UUtente ospiteThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into Meituan. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered Meituan again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from Meituan. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

UUtente ospiteIt was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm
and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in
the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in.
The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel.
In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed.
After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to
optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour.
The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful!

UUtente ospiteLovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

È bello sapere che la ricezione è al terzo piano. La stanza era spaziale e pulita. Il letto era molto comodo, una zona tranquilla e una casa perfetta, solo se avete bisogno di un buon riposo o di viaggiare con un animale domestico ansioso.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.
