In otto giorni nostra stanza e bagno sono stati puliti una sola volta, nonostante continue richieste e lamentele. La direttrice si è giustificata dicendo che era un "budget hotel". Comunque, ci ha sicurato, le stanze venivano pulite su richiesta.

Within easy walking distance to the old centre was well as (uphill) to the newer shops. This is a newish hotel. Our room was clean, large'ish with a small window looking out onto a road with trees bordering a common but there was no noise at all either inside or outside this hotel. Well-recommended.

One of the best hotel experiences. All the amenities expected of a Premier Inn. Clean, very spacious room with comfy bed and linen. A nice cot for our little one. Good tea/coffee and other facilities in room. Clean bathroom with awesome rainfall shower in a bath. Top quality premier inn breakfast. Nice ambiance, nice staff. Unbeatable location, just a short walk from the railway station and close to the Pantiles and city centre and Wellington rocks. Overall, our first staycation with our 1-year old was a great success and we were able to soak in pleasant atmosphere in beautiful Royal Tunbridge Wells, thanks in no small part to this gem of a premier inn.

Reception staff and process effortless, rooms very comfortable, restaurant staff friendly and couldn't do enough for you, especially Lucy, and food as good and tasty as you can find in hotels much more expensive. Meal deal works well. Location is handy for all East Sussex and Kent.

Brilliant staff customer service went the extra mile Helped with an issue on arrival making me and my wife feel very welcome and happy with our choice and would recommend this hotel to anyone in future. We celebrated my wife's birthday and had a meal in the restaurant yet again nothing was too much trouble thak you.

Bed was so comfortable. Room was fantastic. Service was fantastic. Location and prices brilliant. Close to all shops and next to Tunbridge wells train station. The restaurant looked nice. I got a room clean every day ... ................

In the restaurant the irritating music was to loud I asked could it be turned down and it wasn’t it seemed to me it was more the staff than the guest I had a long day and didn’t like the idea of being forced to listen to loud music I won’t be going into that restaurant again

Room is really clean and really well stocked, staff friendly and very attentive and the nicest cooked breakfast! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Have previously stayed here and it was equally as nice. Really good value for money.
