If a lower score was available that is what I would be rating this place. My husband was in his room for less than 2 hours and was ate up by fleas. He was forced to switch hotels in the middle of the night, causing us to pay an outrageous fee to find other accommodations and my husband to miss out on valuable sleep needed to perform his taxing job the next day. The front desk ensured him he would be receiving a full refund. However, upon me calling the front desk the next afternoon I was told by a very rude individual that we would be charged for the entire first night's stay. He stated that because my husband did not state what was wrong with the room he was not able to issue a refund for "used" facilities. He also stated he was not going to return money to a customer who used the shower, even though I ensured him that my husband did not such thing. In fact, he had to shower at the new hotel to was off the flea infestation that was acquired at this sad excuse for a motel. The front desk person also smirked and mocked me on the phone stating that bugs were not in my husband's room. Thus, we were made to feel like liars and had to pay for a room that was uninhabitable. Word to the wise, do not stay at this hotel unless you want extra roommates (fleas) and a rash within hours of checking in!
