很好的住宿體驗，地點近中國城，車站，超商，餐廳，酒吧，非常方便。房間很大，附灶台，餐桌，咖啡機，鍋具，餐具，洗衣機，烘乾機，對於我們住10天的旅客非常便捷舒適。附近餐廳多元，中式，泰式，日式，越式，西式應有盡有。走路可達百貨購物中心。

房間乾淨，床品舒適，地理位置優越，周圍交通非常便利，離China town很近餐廳很多，唯一不足的是浴室門的設計，門向裏開，衹有很小的空間可以進入，非常不方便

這個酒店最大的好處就是位置實在太好！出門就是L3、L2小馬，走一個路口就是L1，Train也方便，所以無論到哪裡都很方便。走路的話沿着Geo St可以一路走到環形碼頭，路經Town Hall，QVB，等等。我們也試着從酒店走去過達令港、UTC和悉尼大學、海德公園、博物館、China Town等等，都是很方便！ 房間的缺點是我們入住的1510房打開陽台門就是一個巨大的油煙排風口，所以沒法在陽台坐着喝一杯咖啡，聲音也是有點吵。 綜合來説，還不錯！

以前住過好幾次，這次是極無性價比的。2500/晚，洗完澡要拖地 因為水全部溢出！前台也很差 要求給間安靜的空間 換了兩次房都很糟糕。不會再住 Absolutely disaster Good location Bad service Bad facilities

Check out time is tight on the minute. There is no housekeeping service unless you request specifically. The towels are not changed as you request them specifically .

젊은 남자스탭은 불친절했음. 영어 하는것이 대단한것 같은 착각을 하고 있음.나머지 직원들은 친절함.특히 젊은여직원은 매우 친절했음. 시설, 위치는 좋은편이나 청소, 관리는 5성급에 비해 상당히 미흡함. 에어컨은 곰팡이 냄새,먼지가 많아 답답했음. 다시 숙박할 생각 없음.

不要期待有服務房間非常舊也非常骯髒，到處佈滿灰塵

The hotel is just beside the Chinatown tram. Perfect location and all the facilities provided were best. Spacious room and friendly staff.

I usually do not post reviews, but I had to this time to share my experiences. I stayed for a total of 5 nights, Tue and check out on Sunday(7-12 Feb 2023) Plus point -Location is really good , plenty of thai/chinese restaurants and room is huge. -Bed is comfortable, -Yoshie is one that was one more friendly staff that I remembered her name , please give her a raise or wine on me.(she is a Japanese, in case i got her name wrong) Hotel staff, is a on and off experience. The night ones tend to be more "cold" and the day ones are much better.( again, Yoshie was the "better" ones, there are more, but I couldnt remember their name) Now on to the exciting part... Tuesday- Checkin day, A smooth day but without hand towels and when I asked for them before leaving the place for a concert. ( they claim they were in laundry or something and I find it hard to believe for a 5 star accommodation) We were without a frying pan as well( they send it up though when i called for it) Wed- Requested for toothbrush/Toiletries and had to request again after waiting for more than an hour, as it was forgotten ,I presumed Thu- Requested to change towel when we went out in morning, nothing was done when we were back in evening. I especially informed the morning reception guys to not forget it, but someone in the middle must have forgotten it. Evening time, The staff upon informing said they will have it there in 10 mins, which they did. By the way, the phone became faulty but I didn't bother to inform as I thought I wont have much trouble with it not in use. I was wrong. Friday- The express cleaning end-up with all the towels taken away and, thats it. We found out when we were back in evening. We were left with no towels and on top of that the phone was not working so I had to go downstairs to inform the reception/staff , on night shift i suppose. Again they said would be there in 10 mins, which more or less they did. Saturday- There was a huge cockroach and I had to kill it myself, informed the staff downstairs but honestly I dont expect change of room or anything, just to feedback. From the above, you can see there were full of dramas and I think these are basic expectations.(especially the towel part) Would I be back there if I ever go Sydney again? Unlikely.
