Lovely service from the girls Elizabeth and Jess in reception, nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely friendly. They are there covering Hayle premier inn you wouldn't think they are not based there. Rooms are clean and tidy..

Beautiful location and hotel! But what toppped off our wet and windy check in was lizzie and Jess, they were wonderful, a breath of fresh air, like two little twins in a pod! They are a credit to premier, I know they are based as Camborne Premier inn, but they smashed check ins at hayle!

I came in today and what can I say. The 2 loveliest ladies called Elizabeth and Jess had taken care of me. All I can say is that they are such a credit to the company and such bubbly and kind people!! I really struggle feeling 100% comfortable as I suffer with anxiety however these ladies made me feel so comfortable! Thank you

Had the lovely pleasure of being checked in by Lizzie and Jess this afternoon, such sweet girls! They informed us they was covering from Camborne site, but nothing was to much for them, super friendly service, good as excepted, clean and had everything required. They was a credit for Hayle to have for the night!!

I’d just love to say a huge heart felt thankyou to Elizabeth & Jessica on the desk, so welcoming and kind! Nothing was to much for them and it was their first shift at hayle today! Staff like you that go above and beyond are the reason these businesses do so well. Thankyou again :)

You provide rooms with an element of style, comfort and I feel lucky to have this option open to myself, wife and 4 daughters. I'm from Cornwall however and would stay in one of your establishments if required. I wish you had a little chef but I realised that is not possible anymore.

Welcoming staff. Comfortable beds, very clean everywhere. Onsite restaurants and M&S and Boots 2 minutes away. Very reasonable price. Will stay again when visiting. Plenty coffee/tea in the rooms. Good showers. Decor is a bit tired but as everywhere is clean and it's good price that's OK.

The hotel needs a bit of a make over, the rooms are clean but are in need of a bit of modernisation. Car parking is good. We was a little surprised that the pub next to the hotel Brewers Fare bar closing at between 9- 9.30 . Don't expect a late stay in this establishment

Lovely comfy beds, but the rest disgusting, water in bathroom was brown, so didn't have a bath or shower. Mouldy curtains, mould around skirting & mould on bathroom door, food next was terrible also, nephew had a jacket potato that was freezing cold in the middle, so we definitely didn't eat there. Went to macdonalds. This was my first trip to Cornwall, will never stay here again.
