Premier Inn Hayle ★★★

"Myself and wife booked a short trip away after myself being unwell of late we opted for an early check in and when we arrived was told our room was ready 207 couldn’t of been further away from reception however this wasn’t the main issue when going into the room it didn’t appear to be as clean as we’ve expected from premier inns bed looked untidy whole room was dusty and dull bed not pulled up and smears all over the mirrors and then we discovered a dirty towel left behind the door We return to reception Jamie was lovely and said she would make sure someone cleaned the room while we were out for the day we did ask to be moved but was told this wasn’t possible On returning back to the hotel later in the evening re-entered the room only to discover the bed still looked untidy the smears were still all over the mirror the dirty towel had indeed been removed, but no clean towels were put in the place of it. I wasn’t feeling great so my wife went back to reception and spoke with sara who was extremely apologetic was writing down everything we had problems with to pass onto other members of staff my wife mentioned at this point about my mobility issues sara had a look through her list and discovered we could swap rooms to 111. She even went up to show my wife before we agreed to make sure we would be happier here. This room only had one flight of stairs and was much closer to the main door making this easier for me to access. After a shower we returned to the desk to thank sara as what started off terrible we felt she listened and actioned our problems immediately. She also offered advice on local places to eat Talay Thai in St Ives and trevaskis farm a short drive from the hotel much better than the brewers fayre adjacent, thank you to sara again you really turned our stay around"

"La stazione Hayle ha arrivato con il bus, l'atteggiamento del personale è amichevole, la stanza è al piano del bar. Fortunatamente, il giorno è lunedì sera, solo tre o due ospiti!Quindi, oltre al suono dei veicoli che passavano fuori dalla strada, non ho sentito il rumore degli ospiti del bar!  La stanza è pulita, due letti singoli sono comodi e le letti sono comodi, la pressione dell'acqua del bagno è abbastanza!"

"L'intera stanza era sorprendente, mi mettevano in una stanza di sopra che guardava la schiena e la stanza era molto fredda quando arrivammo, perché il personale aveva chiuso le tende e messo su un fan che era molto apprezzato in questo caldo, Il personale era molto accogliente, ci siamo salutati con Chloe, che era così gentile e utile, abbiamo lasciato e Emma il cibo era alla ricezione che lei era così cura e gentile che mostra davvero ciò che il personale Hayle viaggia e quanto si preoccupano per gli ospiti. Rimarremo ancora"

"Lovely meal Wednesday evening, the food seems all homemade, lovely pie and the hunters chicken is amazing! Plenty of menu options and they also do pizzas. Good range of drinks choice at the bar. The bar maid Rachel was very polite and welcoming even though she was extremely busy doing bar and floor service. Has a feel of being a locals pub rather than being full of holiday makers. Look forward to visiting again next year!"

"We stayed for 2 nights. Very impressed with the staff who were very attentive. My elderly aunt needed an anti slip matt for the shower, so one of the staff popped out to buy one as they didn't have any available. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay."

"Two bedroom cabin was warm. Some mould on the roof in the main bedroom, flaking paint in areas and pretty grubby kitchen curtain. Very spacious bathroom area and towel warmer was lovely."
