As ever, Premier Inn delivered. Got a really good price for the night. Only 6-7 minutes walk to Hayes & Harlington station, so easy to get the first Elizabeth Line train to Heathrow for my flight. Easier and cheaper than being at the airport.
Really friendly member of staff on duty helped me when I couldn’t self check-in.
The room was clean, warm and quiet. Just what I needed and wanted.

The toilet is dirty. I asked for another room which is okay. But very bad impression on the cleanliness standard.
Receptionist didn’t ask further n changed me to another room. There’s no follow up and checking if the replacement is okay or not.
location is close to my office but this is a bad experience.

It was near airport, just one stop by tube. It was just a walk of about 7/8 minutes and you are at the entrance of hotel.

The toilet was blocked I was told they got contractors in emptying the pipes which was a lie. All night the toilet was making noises was blocked then the shower water wasn’t going down so the bath was filling up. When asked to see manager I was told no manager. At 11:00 they said I can change room which wasn’t any use as 1200 check out. Up till midnight I was keep having to go to reception to tell them the toilet isn’t working. Now it’s been almost 3 weeks I email to complain I’ve not had a reply. I’m a regular customer as I go there weekly.

Evrething was like I expecteted.Very friendly staff all the time ready to help with our requests .Nice and clean room ,quiet and spacious.Very convenient location,close to Elisabet Line.Overall good service .I highly reccomend ......

I had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The rooms are spacious , comfortable and quiet plus the food in the restaurant was good too. All round , a great place to stay for reasonably price. I will definitely come back on the next occasion

Bar staff was great, friendly atmosphere, decent service and extremely helpful. Thank you Vanessa for making our stay enjoyable and such a pleasure able experience, she was always smiling even amongst the chaos and we couldn't ask for a nicer member of staff.

Brilliant service from Marius and Lonela, the food was lovely. Clean room and easy check in, we love the location near to Elisabeth line as we go to see our friends in centre and it is really convenient for us. Not for the first time here and definitely not the last.
