Hotel in zona Moonsoon garage Hatyai, Hat Yai

This hotel feels like home..Makes Yr stay comfortable! Spacious room,cleanliness is at top notch..the only disadvantage, the location is abit outside the city and hard to get street halal food ..however,it is easily accessible via grab if ure not a fussy person.. Staff is friendly and can understand and speaks basic english,housekeeping is fast.overall I enjoys my stay n will sure come back to Monkham for my comfortable stays

I have stayed in your hotel, either the old Wing or the New Wing. I have the following views. The hotel's New Wing has all the good points like cleanliness, good bath room facilities and good services. The old Wing had been neglected somehow. The bathrooms( my previous stays) were not up to grade as some have sewage problems, leaking pipes and floors would be wet through after shower. The layouts are poorly done. Counter services were good. Officers were generally polite and helpful.

We reached the hotel early at around 8am. Left our luggage with the hotel and went out for a walk in the day market which was about 10 - 15mins walk from the hotel, thanks to the helpful directions given by the hotel staff. Checkin was a breeze and the staff let us check in earlier at around 12.30pm as there was rooms available. Room decor is basic with a ceiling fan to augment the aircon to cool down the room quicker. It looks like the same liquid soap used for hand wash and bathe. There is hot water for shower, but there is no toothbrush, toothpaste and bedroom slippers provided. Can't remember if a kettle and bottled water were provided but there is a provision shop beside the hotel to purchase bottled water. Location of the hotel is in between the Hat Yai train station and the day / night market.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately you need to upgrade your cleanliness in the front lift, Please clean our room & change the towel, we need to call the reception to request them to do it. You can ask the in house guest whether they want to clean the room or not.

The front desk staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean and tidy. Just the room doesn’t provide hair dryer. Overall was good. Easy to access by car since hotel location is exactly at the center. Definitely will try out other B2 hotel for next visit.

Hotel di bilancio con prezzo non si può lamentare troppo. La camera è dotata di balcone, la pulizia generale è accettabile. La prima notte con 7 cuccioli e alcuni anatre. La seconda notte, con più bambine che uscivano, andò fuori durante il giorno per comprare insetticida e fumigare tutta la stanza, e prese in prestito il panino e i vestiti dalla ricezione per pulire la scena del crimine. Il riscaldatore d'acqua fugato con una pressione idrica estremamente bassa per i primi 2 giorni. Infine, si è scavato per chiamare il manutentore per risolvere il problema delle fughe, è stato offerto di cambiare la stanza (ha un aggiornamento alla stanza familiare al contrario della nostra stanza). Spruzzare l’insecticide rimasto prima di entrare nella nuova stanza (solo nel caso). La camera familiare è stata grande, ha goduto delle nostre ultime due notti. La pressione dell'acqua è molto migliore dell'altra camera deluxe, ma ancora sul lato basso, e il giorno dopo, mi sentivo come se qualcuno volesse fare qualcosa sulla pressione dell'acqua, abbiamo avuto una grande pressione dell'acqua, almeno mi piacerebbe per l'ultimo giorno. Nessuna infestazione di canestro (solo pochi dalla camera da bagno che abbiamo ucciso il primo giorno e nessuno è tornato) rispetto all'altra. La posizione è stata grande, a circa 7 minuti a piedi dal mercato Greenway, lavastoviglie in piedi. Non ci sono asciugacapelli, ma si può prendere in prestito dalla reception. A parte la questione delle cazzo di cazzo, penso che sia un prezzo decente per la buona posizione.

Place is good and just beside Central Hatyai Festival which is good for people who travel to HatYai for shopping purpose😂but if u not change money yet please do at your country because inside the Central Hatyai no money changer able to help you (maybe depends on currency rate dif between country) and MAKRO also walking distance. For the hotel facilities really good and clean they do provide basic ammenities and they have hair dryer and also they have lift so no worries for those who travel with ur parents. Their staff also very helpfull and friendly. For Malaysian bear in mind if you dont change money yet the deposit cost is RM200 or 1000 baht. I will come to stay at here again.

Direttamente al contrario del Festival Centrale circa 500 metri a distanza l'Hotel stradale è OK. Camere pulite senza spot. Ottimo lavoro squadra accogliente Ristorante colazione molto amichevole è adeguata; lo stesso ogni giorno e la scelta limitata. Le camere non sono assolutamente pronte, quindi aspettate un rumore forte dalle porte di pressione di altre camere. SHA certificata, ma non veramente conformi alle norme, ma la pulizia lo rende più facile. Grillo non sono disturbi in alcun modo, quindi avrete bisogno di maschere oculari se siete sensibili alla luce durante la notte, perché le luci dalla strada principale (plus il rumore del traffico) possono influenzare il sonno. PS Non ci sono scatole di sicurezza in questo hotel, né nelle camere né alla reception

Location far away from city, suitable for these travel with own transport. Hotel room clean, quiet & relax environment. Booked room with breakfast, not much choice, but the foods taste very delicious. Me & my friends enjoyed it so much. Will come back again on my next trip.
