Pool was closed. Would have been nice to know this but why give customers a reason to not buy right? Only one elevator so I used the stairs half the time. Using the stairs I noticed uneaten food stashed for over 24 hours on the 5th floor. Not only is this gross and unsightly but some of the biggest rats I’ve ever seen have been in this city and if you keep this up you’re gonna attract these unwanted guests. Breakfast disappointing. Beds are on wheels so they roll away from the wall, uncomfortable. Food deliveries must be picked up from lobby. Staff was lovely but that’s always the case in Thailand. Whoever is running this place needs an assistant or two

It is a nice place to stay located near the city. You can go shopping and buy foods conveniently.

Room was okay, basic room but equipped with bathtub. Overall is okay. Pool is quite small, but it is enjoyable if you are the only user of the pool.

Location.. 8 to 10 mins to central festival , asean night market and greenway bazaar by car or tuk tuk on a normal not busy day or time.
Hotel can easily get for you a tuk tuk or driver if need to go anywhere from hotel.
Journey from Airport to the hotel around 15 to 20 min if there is no slow traffic.

Superb hotel in hatyai,
Its located just nearby 500m from Asian night market, greenway market many other tourist attraction like kim yong market, lee garden plaza
The staff is all very friendly and nice. We feel very warm with their kind welcoming us during our stay.
The room temperature is good. Water pressure is good. Very big bathtub!! Its very clean.
Many parking available at this hotel. Easy to park.
The only downside the dont have halal breakfast. If hotel could provide halal breakfast this will be great point.
Recommended for one who visit hatyai
