Plenty of car park space, so very good for those who drive to Hatyai. Provide good hospitality services from your first step into the hotel until the last day you check-out. Understand that the hotel has been operated for years but they maintained well. Breakfast provided is sufficient and delicious. Overall, it provided enjoyable memories for the entire stay. Highly recommended!

Overall, everything was good.. The staff are friendly.our kids are in the swimming pool..This is my second time for this hotel

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is a distance away from attractions and you need to take transportation every time you go out. It would be great if the hotel provides free shuttle to Lee Garden or Kim Yong Market. The room is clean, but the pillows have odors and the bed sheets have stains and holes. The hotel does not look as elegant as in the photos, but I like the ambience of the hotel. There is not much variety of food for breakfast. Overall, I still feel comfortable and happy staying in this hotel.

Location hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden. But the hotel is new and have swimming pool views. We feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and neat. Design of the room is very ancient Thai style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. The WiFi is good. The breakfast doesn’t have variety of food. But nearby have 7 Eleven. Our experience in the hotel is good . We will come back again .

The place is very clean, bed is also very comfortable. Only downside is that it is located a distance away from places and the walls feel thin because we often hear noises by neighbours so it disrupted my sleep. The breakfast is also so-so

Really appreciate about the service! All of the staff being super friendly and helpful, even help me on booking the van to Padang Besar. Like the location too! There is a hidden way to go 7eleven, like the design! And guys, please go for pool view, really won’t regret!

Excellent place to be away with the family. Not far from Lee Gardens and best to just Grab there. Shaded carparks. Beside Cheevi Cheevat for deserts. They also offer free shuttle services to Diana for any shopping needs. Deposit is 1000thb. Rooms and breakfast was really good for the price paid.

excellent stay. Hotel is conveniently located, parking is ample, close to 711 store and cheevit cheeva. Easy to get grab. Room is clean and spacious, breakfast is ok, can be improved esp. if could add more thai dessert, espresso machine or signature thai chicken or pork porridge. Services at front desk and check in is very good, they help to keep our bag, called to book our massage and carry our bags to room.
