I have no other complaints except for the hot water shower temperature feels lukewarm throughout my 5 nights. I have asked for a fix but it turns out to be the pre-setting of centralized water heating system so nothing could be done.

This hotel held my passport during my stay. I offered for different deposit e.g. Money/ card, the declined and mentioned it was “Immigration requirement”. Hotel quite old but bedsheet was clean. Parking super limited and based on first come first serve basis. Very near to lee garden night market

It’s an old hotel in a great location in the city centre. Needs some refurbishments especially the bathroom door which is frailing.  Found hair in the bath and plastic wrapper under the bedside table, showing the lack of attention to details in the housekeeping department. Debris in the lift, cigarette but on the floor in the corridor on the fifth floor. No soap in the men’s toilet by réception as the soap dispenser was broken. Will I stay here again? Only if there’s improvement on the cleanliness is improved.

The location of this hotel is really lively, and there are many choices for shopping and massage. It's just that the hotel facilities are old. Although the bathroom is new, I think the toilet should be renovated a little bit, because it is inconvenient for the elderly to stand in the bathtub to take a shower.

Big room space and easy access. The location is suitable and near to shops

Near to the 711 and Lee garden night market. Great location. Old hotel in hatyai.

friendly staff and house keeping,good location, infront Lee Garden area. easy to get food,shopping and tuk2. highly recommended to travel without car. their carpack was very packed.

Old hotel, the only good thing is location. Lee garden night market is step away. However old hotel, parking was limited. Carpet was very dirty. Toilet also dirty, not recommended.

Room bad smelly .... Feel not comfortable. A bit old. Very sad I get the old rooms not a newly renovated room.

We were granted early check in, great for us indeed.

all good except for parking, and thw cleanliness. i got severe dust allergies with this hotel, i don't like the environment too, a bit creepy. and why the staff open our room without we request ? what type of cleaning is that??????? not request but also open our room? where is the safety??? the staff also open all my friend's room. without permision
