This was my second stay at the Hotel Madison and was disappointing. There was an elevator not working which delayed access to the room, and the room door wouldn’t work on the first few attempts. Noise from the fraternity across blasted music late in the night, the sink had food that bubbled up when the water ran (there is a garbage disposal) and the bed was past its prime with large springs poking up. For the amount of money paid, it’s disappointing there were so many things wrong.

Rimasi per una notte sulla nostra strada a New York City. Ci siamo controllati in ritardo piuttosto - il check-in era semplice ed efficiente. Il direttore del desk front era amichevole e utile.
