Very dirty and old. Look like a place where no one cares to operate. The voucher for public spring wasn’t reasonable. Check in at 4pm but the public pool on Sunday closed at 3 pm… don’t ever come here for vocation the photo from hotel was a total lie. See for yourself. Book elsewhere if possible. Won’t come back again for sure.

The attitude of the staff was very good and the location was also good. But it had no facilities, the toilet fan did not work

The location was great! A stone's throw away from restaurants and the lake. The facility could use a major renovation. Inside, carpets have visible major stains. Wall tiles are falling apart. The air conditioning is terrible. We stayed in a pet-allowed suite. Carpets have a lot of stains. Spider webs all over. Bathroom faucets are not properly fixed. The power outlets are not working. Window locks are not working. Outside, tiles in common areas are falling apart. Carpets in hallways look nasty. Elevators are slow and seem to be not properly maintained. The courtyard pond is so dirty, I'm surprised there are live fish in it. Bird poop all over the walls in the courtyard area. The paint could use some updates. Underground parking needs cleaning and better upkeeping. Don't get me wrong, we enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot of potential because of the location. Staffs are friendly and make sure you have the best stay in the hotel. Upgrade and renovation could be costly but it will be all worth it since you can charge higher rates in the long run.

The Hotel was okay! The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was very hot and had no a/c! It's an older hotel and very rundown. I probably won't stay there again even for a cheap price!

Hot tub and fitness room are never opened. Location is good. Very accessible to pool and restaurants. Also free parking is available. The staff is friendly.

They have no parking available and the air conditioning is not working for my friend's and my rooms. They would not switch room for you and only offer to provide you a fan that is very noisy and you won't be able to sleep with that on.

Prime location with underground paid parking or free outdoor parking. Walking distance to seaside (2mins), a good alternative if you don't want to stay in the hot spring resort

酒店位置很好，在public mineral pool對面，而且附近很多食肆👍🏻 酒店沒有用任何設施，連餐廳都沒有。 好奇訂酒店時如加購早餐會如何？我問酒店lobby職員說他們沒供應早餐。 離開時因距離坐車時間有2.5小時，原打算把行李寄存在酒店然後出去走走再食午餐，結果被告知沒有行李寄存服務。 酒店房間清潔一般，浴缸內有污漬，地顫也有污漬； 更甚的是我在酒店住了2晚，然後全身痕癢不止，而且出現紅腫，太可怕了。

環境優美舒適宜人，酒店是剛裝修不久的，靠近温泉，走路🚶♀️➡️一分鐘，服務員工態度，價格非常美麗

酒店有點舊，但房間的毛巾被單象全新的一樣，非常乾淨，比想像中更好👍酒店旁邊就是各種食店，便利商店，公共泳池，飯後在湖邊散步，超贊👍且價格便宜，性比價高👍

酒店很古老，位置離湖比較近，停車收費10加幣，車庫在地下，刷房卡進入鐵柵欄門，開出來就可以自動開門了，所以退房後再去開車就行，沒有湖邊酒店高大上，但是性價比還是比較好的

Die Lage im Ortszentrum und nahe der Lagune (5 min zu Fuß) ist sehr günstig. An sich ist der Blick aus dem Fenster schön. Aber das Zimmer sollte dringend renoviert werden, auch das kaputte Glasdach unter dem Fenster sollte repariert werden und Macken auf dem Flur sollten ausgebessert werden.
