Happy to be here.. thank you ☺️.Nice hospitality, Good ambience and service.Staff service is prompt and good.Whole staff from reception to room service work with a smiling face.Icing on the cake was special cake offered to us for Mother's day on the breakfast table. Special thanks to Vinod who helped us capturing special moments and making memories for life.Would definitely recommend to others.

Overall Average Experience & Average Property! Location - On Main Delhi highway 10 Km before Haridwar, good location from accessibility & parking point of view Rooms - Good size, decent furniture, however bed linens & bath towels are of average quality and perhaps require upgrade/ change Service - Staff is cold, average response, hotel looks under staff as staff is continuously running to cater basic needs, hence do not have energy to provide better service, response. Food - breakfast spread is very very limited, food quality is just ok Overall Impression - For the average nightly rate of 5-6 K, one should expect better service, wider food choices & better room conditions ( Our AC wasn't working on day 1 which got just better the other night after multiple follow ups)

Very clean and centrally located hotel with wonderful staff as well . They are always there to help . ***ger Waibhav was very kind and helpful as well . I enjoyed my stay at Lemon tree and would visit again in near future. I recommend anyone looking for accommodation in Haridwaar to visit Lemon tree and have first hand experience.

We had a great experience in the hotel ***tra, there was good cleanliness in the rooms and the staffs too were extremely friendly and helpful. And the food was super tasty and fresh, specially the breakfast. I would like to thank all of the team members of the hotel.....and thus there are no words to thank them. And i would like to visit here again.

The food was amazing and beautifully presented. The infrastructure was very good. We went for the kitty party and it went outstanding, my friends were also amazed . Mr. Hemraj and his team was very humble and provide good services, we will surely come again.
