Hotel du Parc

Loved the place but was disappointed restaurant was closed for private function.

Hôtel très beau, facile d'accès personnel très agréable et avenant, restaurant agréable petit déjeuner et dîner de qualité services au top. Seul petit bémol manque un rangement dans la salle de bain. Nous le conseillons vivement super séjour. Nous reviendrons.

This was a stop over to get to the tunnel on our way home. So it was just a bed for the night. Very helpful staff and it was clean and good size room.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was not too great and, therefore, a little expensive as regards to 'value for money'. Electric car charging and parking. Chargers are available through Rossini Energy APP. I couldn't find Rossini Energy - anywhere.

on checking in we found the staff pleasant although found it strange we had to book a table for the restaurant, as it was only a third full when we sat down at 8 pm. The room was dated and tied but clean. It was booked for 3 adults but only had two cups, two milks and 4 pillows. I went to reception to ask for more milk and pillows and was advised the housekeeping had gone home taking the keys with them !!! I asked could I get milk from elsewhere within the hotel and was advised to get it from the bar. I was then informed I would be charged....... When arriving at the restaurant we were offered the table next to the door which we declined and then was offered another table. We waited half an hour for our order to be taken and our food then arrived 1 hour 15 minutes after was sat down. We saw other customers complaining as all sorts of mistakes were being made - such as main courses coming out before starters, one person having their food and the 15 minutes later the other guest at the table having theirs. When we tried our food the Salmon was over cooked and dry, the peppers were not seasoned and the pasta was cold. By this time we were beyond hungry and were very unhappy. There was no manager or deputy manager on site and the most senior person was the chef - who was unexperienced. I would understand if the restaurant was full .... but the menus was a set one with two options for each course and it was not cheap. HOTEL A MAJOR DISAPPOIN**ENT AND OVERPRICED. WHAT A LET DOWN!

All was really good… as previous visits but:- 1. breakfast room is just too small with too small servery therefore crowded & short on variety of food 2. This visit - service in the restaurant was poor as 1/2 inexperienced waiters was just not good enough - pleasant friendly personnel but lacked experience and attention to detail .. needed guidance and additional persons Sorry but true .. but lovely break in lovely hotel 👍🙏👋

Nice stay at hotel du parc najeti Close to golf and tennis , walking distance from center of Hardelot, a bit further to beach
