La biancheria da letto e gli articoli da toeletta sono di alta qualità, il che mi ha fatto sentire attento e premuroso. La camera è inoltre dotata di avanzati sistemi di climatizzazione e dispositivi di purificazione dell'aria per garantire che io possa godere di un ambiente di sonno confortevole durante il mio viaggio. 2. Servizio catering: il ristorante dell'hotel offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e sapori ricchi. Che si tratti di cucina cinese o di cucina occidentale, qui puoi trovare risposte soddisfacenti. Non solo hanno risposto pazientemente alle mie domande, ma hanno anche preso l’iniziativa di fornirmi ogni tipo di aiuto. Soprattutto il personale della reception, il loro servizio sorridente mi ha fatto sentire il calore di casa. 4. Salute e sicurezza L'hotel fa un ottimo lavoro con igiene e sicurezza. La stanza è pulita e ordinata e le lenzuola e la biancheria da letto sono impilate ordinatamente. Inoltre, l'hotel è dotato anche di un sistema di sicurezza avanzato per garantire la mia sicurezza personale. Nel complesso, sono rimasto davvero colpito da questo hotel. Sia le strutture hardware che i servizi software sono di prim'ordine. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel come luogo di soggiorno per viaggi o affari. Credimi, te ne innamorerai tanto quanto me!

We had an amazing stay at Jingu Hotel Harbin! The hotel is perfectly located on the famous Zhongyang Pedestrian Street, making it convenient to explore the city. Manager Liu went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Traveling with our three kids, we were delighted when he treated all of us to the hotel's special Harbin specialty ice cream – a thoughtful and delicious gesture. He also kindly arranged a late checkout until 5 PM, which was incredibly helpful since our flight was later in the evening. The breakfast at the hotel was good, offering a wide variety of options. Our kids especially loved the cupcakes, and we all enjoyed the live noodle station. The selection was mostly Chinese cuisine. Though the interior of the rooms seemed dated, the rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and featured bathtubs that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The overall service was impeccable, and the staff was attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Harbin.

Fantastic location with Zhongyang Pedestrian Street right at the doorstep, which means lots of food, restaurants, and shops. Quaint looking hotel. Room is clean but dated and could do with some renovation. Housekeeper 2029 was friendly and kept our room pleasant throughout our stay. Receptionist and concierge were very helpful and patient. In that regard, the staff who attended to us provided top notch service. Russian restaurant was nicely appointed but not too impressed with the food. Quiet normal tasting. Exit 2 of Zhongyang MRT station is about 1km from hotel.

I stayed three nights at the end of August. It was my first visit to Harbin. All in all I was pleased with the experience. I was nervous about finding a non-smoking room in Harbin—many of the hotel profiles I looked into stated they have no such rooms available (imagine that in 2024!) but I'm pleased to report my 6th floor room smelled fine. The room wasn't huge, but perfectly adequate for one person. Plenty of hot water. Also plenty of electrical outlets for charging phone, laptop etc. No view to speak of but I wasn't there to gaze out the window, and it was blessedly quiet. I ended up not partaking of the free breakfast so I can't report on that. But service was good. Very efficient check in and check out. The room cleaner was cheerful and friendly. It's a decent location—only about a three minute walk to the Helongjiang Museum metro station. And I had no problem getting a taxi (Didi) for the trip to the airport. Solid value for the price.

My brother and I loved our stay at Qiuguo hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and breakfast was delicious. It was also very near to a metro stop, and in an area with many delicious restaurants. Service was also fantastic, and the staff even helped us find a nearby doctor when my brother became sick (always scary while traveling internationally)! The only con was that the cell service and wifi in our rooms was sometimes not strong, but this was intermittent and when we ran into challenges we just came down to the lobby and all was fine there. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Sostituire i tappeti con il pavimento di legno di vinile potrebbe mitigare l'accumulo di polvere e rendere più facile la manutenzione. In generale, la questione della pulizia non è particolarmente critica, perché non siamo troppo confusi. Credo che la posizione migliore dell'hotel e il servizio eccezionale fornito dal personale migliorino notevolmente il suo valore, e non esitarei a prenotare questo hotel di nuovo.

The best hotel we stayed in this Harbin trip 👍🏻 Good location and we managed to book the largest room for 5 of us (2 adults 3 kids) to stay together, front desk customer service provided extra one breakfast for my youngest boy (if not need additional ¥69) promised to give her good review here 🤭 We stayed here for 2 nights, enjoyed their breakfast and the 2-3 restaurant managers are so friendly and welcoming us ☺️ I have recommended to my sister she will stay here in mid December. Please continue to provide good service with promotional price for your clients ✨

Their service was excellent. We took an early train 7.09am, and they offer free shuttle for us, although the shuttle service start at 8 am. The location is convenient, and it was linked to the mall. The breakfast provided was limited.
