Hotel in zona Taiping International Airport, Harbin

Good breakfast. Nice service. The room is very clean. I appreciate the extra offer 3rd free breakfast and I continue to book another 4 days in this hotel. I will come back again in the future.

Room is spacious, the 2 double beds can fit 4 pax! The shower room is awesome and the soap smells very good. The front desk agents are friendly and helped us to keep our room even when we were checking in the next day after the booking. Afternoon tea has quite a big spread and all staff are friendly!

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Have been staying here for 4 nights... every breakfast has been fantastic.. service level is super good especially Jenny the restaurant manager.. she is very friendly and remember us whenever we come for breakfast. She is smily and all her staff is very friendly too... the environment and ambience is very nice and comfortable... food is very good and really worth staying at this hotel!! Everyone in the hotel are very friendly n always serve with a genuine smile...

I am currently staying at Wanda for 9 nights and very impressed with the room , location especially the staffs. Every staffs here are so friendly and willing to serve and greet you every time they see. Breakfast is superb. The variety and taste of the food is beyond my expectations. The housekeeper is the best. I booked Guest room staying on Floor 14 . Huge room with comfortable bed and bath tubs. TV Chanel is good , all amenities in the room are provided daily. Laundry room is on the 2nd floor only two washing machines available but always empty and free to use. The airport bus stands is just on the right corner of the hotel. Zhongyang Street just cross the lights in front of hotel. Hongzhuan Morning market less than 1 km. Metro is just few minutes walk. Local minimart on the left and right sides of the hotel. Local food restaurants on the left side.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and is non smoking. An intelligent room services controlled by calling Xiao Du, and the robot sent bottles of water very quickly. The hotel is centrally located near to Central Street and Subway, walking distance to the 松江河畔。 Breakfast is simple but value for money. Highly recommended.

Da quando è appena arrivato all'hotel, il primo ospite fuori dalla porta ha sentito un grande entusiasmo e il caldo della gente nord-est. Tutti i dipendenti della reception, la sorella della stanza di servizio, la leadership davanti, e tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel nel ristorante di pomeriggio sono abbastanza responsabili! La colazione del ristorante è diversa ogni giorno, la nutrizione è dotata di una camera pulita e pulita, pulita in tempo, frutta intima, nessun posto sfiorante.Devi tornare la prossima volta!

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

La posizione è ottima, puoi raggiungere a piedi tutte le attrazioni della città e l'arredamento è nuovissimo. Si dice che sia una tipologia di camera rinnovata, ma in realtà è ancora la finestra interna al centro, che è di circa 8 metri quadrati, che è molto diversa dall'area della piattaforma sospesa. Inoltre l'isolamento acustico è così scarso che i televisori e le voci umane nelle stanze circostanti sembrano come se fossero nella mia stanza.

Ho soggiornato per due giorni di seguito e il secondo giorno ho fatto una gita a Xuexiang. Sulla via del ritorno ho chiamato l'hotel per chiedere il rifornimento d'acqua. Quando sono tornato in hotel, l'acqua non era stata rifornita e il la tessera della camera era smagnetizzata e non potevo entrare. La tessera della camera non viene passata sul piano dell'ascensore e la stessa persona gioca per diverse notti con il computer desktop davanti alla scrivania del computer pubblico nella hall al piano terra. La sicurezza generale è nella media.
