The staff at Cinemusic Hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel was spotless, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. However, the location was a bit tricky to find, and the ceilings were lower than expected. Despite that, the warm hospitality and cleanliness made for a pleasant stay! btw we extended our stay here!

La posizione geografica dell'hotel è molto eccellente e vicina al centro della città. È molto conveniente per viaggi commerciali o viaggi turistici.Il design dell'hotel è moderno ed elegante. Una volta entrato nel hall, si può sentire la sua delicata decorazione e l'atmosfera calda.
L'interno della camera ospite è spazioso e luminoso, il letto morbido e confortevole, che fa sentire la gente al mattino.Le strutture della camera sono anche complete, la qualità dei bagni è moltiplicata, fornendo un'esperienza di lavaggio dolce. L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è gentile e la risposta alle esigenze degli ospiti è rapida. È un piacere sentirsi ospite sia in ricezione che in servizio pulito.
Il servizio di ristorazione dell'hotel è altrettanto ottimo. Il ristorante offre una varietà di opzioni alimentari. Deve essere possibile, da pranzi locali caratterizzati dalla terrazza a pranzi internazionali.La colazione è ricca, i cibi freschi e i dolci deliziosi rendono difficile dimenticare.
In generale, l'esperienza di alloggio è molto soddisfacente, sia ambientale, servizio che ristorante, oltre le mie aspettative.Si raccomanda fortemente ai viaggiatori che cercano un'esperienza di alloggio di alta qualità.

Non direi che sia facile trovare perché non c'è alcun segno dell'hotel. Mi sono mandato lì con didi e non riuscivo a trovare nessuno e sono andato all'interno dell'hotel e trovato il posto al livello 20. Credo che gestiscano solo il livello 20. La stanza era pulita e il servizio era grande.
Situazione a pochi passi dal centro commerciale di Wanda, grande centro commerciale con molti cibi al livello del pavimento.
Se potessero avere un segno migliore fuori, sarebbe più facile per le persone trovare il posto nel freddo.
Vorrei comunque rivolgermi a voi, a una camera accogliente e a un servizio eccellente.
Il 24 ore di comodità è a pochi passi sotto l'hotel e la strada da pranzo.

YYburnnavoyagesMy friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable.
The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me.
In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less.
The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers.
Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

1. L'hotel si trova vicino a Central Street ed è in una posizione eccellente a pochi passi.
2. Le strutture recentemente aperte nell'hotel sono nuovissime, igieniche e pulite. La toilette e il materasso intelligenti sono confortevoli.
3. La colazione è ricca, igienica e buona, non lussuosa ma sufficiente per essere gustata.
4. Sono presenti servizi soft e il personale è gentile e attento alle richieste degli ospiti.

1. Quando ci sono molte persone a colazione, è affollato e gli ospiti non riescono a trovare un posto. Non c'è abbastanza personale di servizio e dovrebbero essere integrati. Non c'è nessuno alla porta per controllare la tessera della camera scappatoia. C'è stata una situazione in cui non c'erano abbastanza stoviglie, spero che possa essere migliorata.
2. Si sente un po' di rumore fuori dalle finestre di alcune camere durante la decorazione ed è silenzioso di notte. C'è molta sporcizia sulle finestre dello schermo che soffiano nella stanza. Si consiglia di pulirle frequentemente.
3. È meglio aggiungere un piccolo frigorifero all'interno in modo da poter conservare alcuni alimenti acquistati dagli ospiti. Ciò è comprensibile se si considera il costo.
Nel complesso è un buon hotel che vale la pena consigliare, con i miglioramenti dovrebbe essere ancora migliore. Spero di tornarci la prossima volta per provare i nuovi servizi.

MMatthew CliveHarbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly.
The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon.
The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price.
I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing.
The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games.
It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel.
Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

He took us to the places we wanted to visit and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His kind and polite demeanor, coupled with his provision of water to keep us hydrated, added an extra level of comfort to our city tour.

JjinnianHo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! Le strutture sono topnotch, l'ambiente è elegante e le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Tuttavia, ciò che mi ha colpito più è stato il servizio del personale, specialmente l'assistente Cheung. Il suo servizio era impeccabile, sempre sorridente e molto attento alle nostre esigenze. Cheung era sempre professionale e entusiasta, sia che ci controllasse, offrisse consigli di viaggio locali o affrontasse le nostre diverse esigenze. Grazie all'assistente Cheung, il nostro soggiorno è stato eccezionalmente piacevole! Molto consigliamo questo hotel, e sicuramente lo scelgeremo di nuovo la prossima volta.

Anche se è una stanza da 6 persone, possiamo ospitare fino a 4 persone nella nostra stanza. Tutti sono molto entusiasti. Ho incontrato Xiao Liu su il primo giorno e con entusiasmo mi ha parlato dell'acqua calda nel bagno. Dov'è? Grazie mille! Sono tutti molto interessanti ed è così divertente incontrare nuovi amici.
