Molto belle camere e buon colazione. Posizione un po 'in mezzo a nuovi siti di costruzione della città. Il centro commerciale a 10 minuti a piedi è grande per shopping e ristoranti. Il ristorante dell'hotel ha offerto solo colazione, ma era ok per ordinare consegna. L’hotel è leggermente strano nel fatto che sembra anche essere un hotel di soggiorno neo natale con molte infermiere e familiari che si appesantino nei corridoi a tutte le ore della notte. La questione principale con le camere era che erano 28 gradi C e non c'era modo di raffreddare leggermente per poter dormire bene. L'apertura delle finestre non ha aiutato e l'aria condizionata dell'hotel è stata comprensibilemente progettata per riscaldare la stanza - forse qualcosa che possono pensare. Bello hotel e un buon soggiorno - non dormivano bene.

L'hotel Habsburg a Harbin è stato un'esperienza sorprendente dal momento in cui arrivate fino al momento in cui vi lasciate. L'hotel ha un tema europeo al momento in cui entrate. Il personale del front desk si accontenta sempre di salutarvi mentre entrate e uscite. La maggior parte del personale parla inglese e si ospita a locali e stranieri. La stanza era immacolata e spaziosa, i letti erano confortevoli. L'unica questione che abbiamo avuto è che la stanza era troppo calda e cercando di regolare la temperatura sul AC non funzionava così abbiamo dovuto dormire con le finestre aperte tutta la notte. Oltre a ciò, il primo giorno di arrivo avevano dei pasti complimentari, nonché dei buoni per godere della piena esperienza di un te' russo alto e un cocktail al bar. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ideale, vicino alla cavo del fiume Songhua, a Zhongyang Street dove si può godere di cibo stradale locale e vicino alla cattedrale di St Sophia. Abbiamo anche gustato pranzo e colazione all'hotel e il servizio era sorprendente. Jenny era benvenuta, amichevole e accogliente, e ci ha assicurato di essere comodi e ci ha servito bene. L'hotel Habsburg è sicuramente un hotel che consiglio di rimanere a quando visitare Harbin.

La prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto 👍 e un buon soggiorno. Vicino a quello che volevamo, ma in una posizione tranquilla. Sembra meno controllare e la stanza è completamente attrezzata e ben decorata. Il tè pomeriggio gratuito è anche un bel toccamento. In generale non ci sono negativi. Il prezzo è lo stesso di altri grandi hotel a Harbin, ma offre un senso più rilassato.Mia moglie ha detto che il colazione era buono 👍

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

酒店很有歷史感，年份比較久遠，設施是有點老舊了。不過服務真心的贊，沒話説的那種好。工作人員很熱情，看到帶着長者孩子一直細心的提供幫助。這裏要感謝工號0013，高高大大的小夥子有一顆細膩的心。給予很貼心周到的服務，輪椅行李幫着推進推出一點都沒有不耐煩，全程都帶着温和的笑。工號1222的小姐姐也非常棒，很耐心的給予幫助。哈爾濱的確值得去，再次感謝酒店工作人員給予的幫助和關懷

Questa volta ho soggiornato in due hotel a Harbin. Questo è il secondo hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Non ci sono altri hotel. Posizione dell'hotel: uscire e girare a destra per 200 metri fino al centro di Central Street. Girare a sinistra per 100 metri verso il mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan. È anche molto comodo prendere un taxi per altre attrazioni. Servizio: ho soggiornato in tanti hotel a cinque stelle e Junyi ha il servizio più attento. Tutto il personale di servizio è cordiale e cortese. Quando aspetta il check-in, il cameriere porta prima asciugamani caldi e tè caldo per alleviare la fatica viaggio. Il bel ragazzo ha mandato i bagagli direttamente in camera e ha presentato in dettaglio i vari servizi. Mio figlio ha detto: Non ho nient'altro da chiedere. La presentazione di questo zio era troppo completa. Ho prenotato una sala doppia per la colazione. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho scoperto che era troppo vicino al mercato mattutino di Hongzhuan, quindi volevo annullare la colazione dell'hotel. L'hotel ha collaborato attivamente con Ctrip per aiutarmi a svolgere le procedure. Anche Ctrip è stato molto utile e il rimborso della colazione è stato ricevuto in pochi secondi. Il tè pomeridiano è disponibile dalle 10:00 alle 22:00. Sebbene non ce ne siano molte varietà, sono disponibili caffè appena macinato, tè caldo, porzioni di frutta, frutta e biscotti. I camerieri prestano attenzione allo stato degli ospiti in ogni momento. Dopo il check-out ci hanno dato dei souvenir squisitamente confezionati. Diversi camerieri ci hanno portato alla macchina. L'autista che ci è venuto a prendere ha detto che era così premuroso da pensare di essere nostro amico Camera: la camera è di medie dimensioni e molto pulita. Al piano inferiore c'è un piccolo giardino dove è possibile bere il tè. La stanza al primo piano ha un piccolo cortile. Mangiare: Le due strade davanti e dietro l'hotel sono ristoranti frequentati dai residenti nelle vicinanze. Sono deliziosi e non costosi e sono molto migliori dei ristoranti di Central Street.

Un viaggio molto soddisfacente. Le strutture sono molto nuove e pulite. Ho selezionato appositamente un nuovo hotel che aprirà nel 2024 perché ho requisiti molto elevati per l'igiene dell'hotel. La colazione è deliziosa e ricca di varietà. Il personale di servizio è cordiale ed educato. Se vado avanti, se ne avrò la possibilità, sceglierò comunque questo hotel in cui soggiornare.

We stayed at the hotel as a family of four for three nights. The check-in went quickly and smoothly. All our requests were met and we settled in right away with no issues. Our room was quiet (no street noise) with a great city-view facing the Main Street. The cleaning was usual. The supplies were refilled daily. Breakfast had Chinese and western-like options. All staff was friendly and welcoming. The check out was quick. The porter helped us with our luggage (a carry-on suitcase, tote bag, and stroller) and bid farewell. One thing that would make this stay a better experience is to have more control of the light in the room. One could only have all of it on or off, no bed light. And the rain shower could use some minor fixing. Overall, we had great experience and it was a much better option space-wise (45 sq.m) and money-wise compared to other hotels of the same type and star rating.

Il servizio è stato buono, non molte conversazioni sono state fatte per la barriera linguistica, ma entrambe le parti hanno provato meglio a trasmettere messaggi. La stanza è stata spaziosa per 3 persone, raffreddano ogni giorno le nostre strutture, ma non vuoto la stanza. Il bagno ha questo odore sgradevole, ma in generale è stato decente come dovrebbe essere.
