房間地理位置優越，下樓左手邊直走中央大街，右手邊紅專街早市，周邊鐵鍋燉、東北菜館子也很多，吃喝住行都很方便，房東很熱情，有問必答，房間乾淨整潔，所見即所得～

民宿老闆態度超好，之前打算訂的房子不適合我們居住，妥善安排適合的房間，家人住的很滿意。樓下就是中央大街，交通和購物都很方便，每天都能去中央大街逛吃。老闆人很好，回覆及時，推薦的美食沒有踩雷的，總之很好。也許是出行高峯，衞生狀況有待改善。

15號中午飛機到的哈爾濱，網約車大概50多塊錢，半小時，高鐵哈爾濱西站，地鐵半小時，真挺方便的，一家四口，出來遊玩，網上找了幾家對比，最後來到了勇哥家，家裡環境很好，東西很齊全，特別人性化，感覺就是在自己家裡，玩累了，大人可以按摩椅消除疲勞，孩子投影看動畫片，而80後的我必須街機緩解壓力，現在網絡也發達，**小紅書，都有介紹攻略，我也看了看，最後問勇哥，直接吃喝玩樂，連結都給了，太方便了，我就想説説地理環境，出門樓下有便利店，買水買冷飲方便快捷，樓下就是燒烤店，晚上餓了夜宵方便，還可以外賣到家，往左手走大概400米就是中央大街，你就逛去吃去吧，右手10米路口右轉，鐵鍋燉，大眾點評優惠，直接走就是松花江，索道，地鐵3號線，倒車去731，中華巴洛克，都特別近，還是這條街，左轉就去紅磚街，早市好吃的真多，住這裏真方便，還安靜，以後還哈爾濱還會選擇這裏。祝生意興隆，身體健康，萬事如意。

老闆非常熱情好客，整個住宿體驗非常愉快。房間保持得非常整潔，一進房間就能感受到家的温馨。無論是床鋪的舒適度還是衞生間的清潔度，都達到了很高的標準。房間的設施也相當齊全，小到洗漱用品，大到空調電視，一應俱全，完全滿足家庭旅遊的需求。
此外，老闆還提供了很多實用的旅遊建議，幫助我們更好地規劃行程，節省了不少時間和精力。位置也很便利，周邊有很多景點和美食，非常適合家庭出遊。
綜合來看，這次住宿體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給計劃家庭旅遊的朋友們。無論是房間的整潔度、設施的完備性，還是老闆的熱情服務，都讓人感到賓至如歸。

咱就是説，真的很幸運能找到這樣的民宿，離中央大街2分鐘，紅磚早市兩分鐘。三個房間都很大6口人住真的太夠用了，客廳也夠大，麻將機遊戲機，按摩椅，真的太貼心啦。房東也是有求必應，還給發攻略和避雷的飯店。開心的哈爾濱之旅！

跟家人到哈爾濱出行方便，周圍吃的東西也非常多 ，離中央大街幾步遠，去太陽島坐船也非常便利，我們是7個人住的很順暢 老闆熱心解答，我們住的是二樓密碼進出省事，索菲亞大教堂走路就可以到。
