I had an amazing time, of course Sofitel never disappoints! 💜 The facilities were up to par, the food was exquisite and the service was top-notch. Everything was quite impressive, from the in-room dining experience to the indoor fitness center. The room was decorated free of charge at my request and spa packages were reasonably priced.

Although the hotel is a few years old, the environment is very good! Especially the bed is very comfortable! Breakfast variety, full of Northeast flavor! The most satisfying thing about this time is that Alisa's service is very good! Sincerely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is very nice and clean . Location very good . Have big mall beside and a big food street love this place will sure visit again . Good for traveling

The hotel was clean and fine. Breakfast was good, but there were a few issues. WiFi was a pain to access on my laptop. I just gave up there. Major issue was the temperature in the rooms. So hot. We were told that thermostat control was fixed. Made sleeping uncomfortable.

Indoor swimming pool temperature was enough to swim, hotel staff was all kind and sorted out everything quickly. We even could enjoyed the Lion Dance at the hotel lobby on the first day of ***** New Year. 交通：Hotel is just next to Wanda Mall so we could go LaoChangChunBing branch and big supermaket easily. 卫生：Pleasant stay except for some smoking smell.

It was a very good stay overall.

去哈爾濱看jj演唱會，索菲特是附近酒店中很好的選擇，演唱會結束打車地鐵都排隊的情況下，會場走回酒店也不遠。賓客經理小於提前就聯繫可以提早入住，退房的時候也給做了延遲退房，酒店套餐中還包含了一份壽喜鍋，這個價位算是物超所值了。酒店設施中規中矩，但是作為大品牌衞生和服務都是到位的，這也是選擇索菲特的原因。

衝著JJ20閃現來爾濱，住宿在索菲特，敖麓谷雅，香格里拉三選一，最後綜合考慮選了索菲特。三天兩夜體驗很好，出行方便，打車基本都在半小時以內。酒店歷史應該很久了，整體是紅木風，挺穩重的，阿姨打掃很乾凈，還會幫把臟衣服疊起來。重點表揚酒店賓客經理“小於”姐姐，有提前和我確認住宿需求，免費幫我從行政房型升級成了套房👍🏻並延遲退房。推薦外地來爾濱看演唱會的朋友下榻該酒店，但温馨提示下爾濱的市政、交通、環衞有待加強，如果不租車，看完演唱會千萬別想着打車或者地鐵，老老實實走兩公里回去吧。最後給酒店一點建議：希望可以把馬桶升級成智能的哈，有點🧊🥲

屬於比較老的五星酒店，服務熱情並且具有五星水準。從入住前小於就致電並添加微信詢問入住要求，因為哈爾濱天氣原因還囑咐增加衣物，非常暖心！入住後有一點小插曲也跟小於溝通，小於第一時間就幫助處理的讓我非常滿意！整個過程能夠感受到酒店雖“老”，但服務不老，到處充滿活力和熱情，讓我這次哈爾濱JJ演唱會體驗完美！

哈爾濱索菲特酒店的地理位置特別好，就在萬達廣場旁邊，吃飯和購物都非常方便。酒店的早餐很不錯 ，服務也非常好！在此要特別感謝賓客關係部的於經理，熱情的服務！周到的安排！也要感謝酒店的全體員工！感謝他們的辛勤付出！

標準的五星級酒店，管家小於很周道。早餐的麪當味道也還不錯。因為是帶着寵物出行，這裏算是我們家的最優選了。停車有地面和地下很充足，美中不足是酒店的裝修有些年頭了，有點復古陳舊。送餐機器人也有些呆萌，好像不會打電話，就在門口乾等着。

作為五星級酒店，非常好：大堂奢華大氣；工作人員服務好：專業 高效；房間超級安靜：大大的贊，安靜的程度讓我有點兒吃驚，睡眠超好；空調靈敏。 地理位置也很方便，雖然沒在道外景區，過去打滴滴、價格非常便宜。 建議：廁所淋浴房的空間不算充裕，那麼洗髮露、沐浴露、潤髮乳的三個瓶瓶的安裝位置，建議在花灑同一側的牆上，而不是現在的位置：放在現在的位置初次使用時很容易撞到胳膊肘和身體，感覺空間非常不方便。 淋浴房的玻璃門，關閉時哪怕很小心的剩下不大的縫隙時再鬆手，也會非常大的啪一聲撞上，嚇一跳，建議優化密封靜音條。
