在江邊，房間可以側面看江，入住因為是會員給升級到了高樓層。房間看着很一般，感覺沒有JW的感覺，不過也是價格不貴。酒店周圍啥也沒有，挺冷清的，要到世茂大道那邊就比較熱鬧，吃的也多。酒店早餐特別一般，也就和一般四星酒店水平差不多吧，沒啥特色。如果是來哈爾濱玩的話，還是不建議住這邊，離遊玩的地方有點遠了。

整體還可以，位置處於新區，但是出門打車很方便，酒店前台比較熱情，房間條件也還可以，是出行的好選擇，周邊有商場及便利店

Very beautiful hotel with amazing view on the river. Very wide choice for breakfast both Chinese and Western style. Only thing to improve was room service since food was not very good and was delivered in plastic boxes, but it was also the first day of the year, so it might be possible that this is the reason.

First, I want to thank the staff from the hotel. Peter from the front desk was really helpful, the people working in the restaurant and the housekeeping ladies in my floor (17). The hotel is very modern but the location is tricky. To get there you must ride a cab. I tried to walk from the nearest Metro station (Shimao Ave) but it is over 2 kilometers and with temperatures average -22 wasn't that pleasant. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool were open only with a hand full of guests. The restaurant was open but only as room service. The food wasn't bad at all, a bit on the pricey side but there were not other options. My biggest disappointment was the room. The closet is located in the room's hall and the design is so poor it doesn't even have drawers to unpack the suitcases. When you open the closet you are really blocking the hall.
Near the hotel there is literally no place to go to have a coffee. The nearest place is the MIXC mall that has a Starbucks but you need to take a cab to get there (5-7minutes ride). To get to the city, I took DiDis and rode the metro. The Metro system is AMAZING. You can use other Metro cards (I used my card from Shanghai) It is extremely cheap (4 to 6 RMB) per ride

No Public bar in the hotel only have drinks in your room. Room service 1.5hours for an order of **eers. Inconsistent Room cleaning. No top up for Toilet paper. No laundry bags. No mini bar refresh. And the executive lounge only open intermittently through the day from 12pm to 7.30 pm. Breakfast chaotic dirty floors and some tables. hot food cold. Sausages eggs. Long que to enter the breakfast not enough staff or tables. Need transport nothing round the hotel with walking distance.
