Sercive: The staff is very helpful when i complaint about the drainage. They directly help me to fix it. There is also one hot bathing in the hotel, that i got voucher for free. The staff there is also very helpful and very welcome us.
Location: near to zhongyang street, but a bit far from sophia square. About 15 min walk.
Overall, my 3 night stay is very good and nice

第一眼外觀印象不好😂，結果我住的房間5樓室內讓我超過預期，馬桶有加熱功能，淋浴器也非常滑爽出水細膩輕柔，非常暖和。大床房，室內傢俱佈局較簡單，但是足夠兩人使用，洗手池在房間內，與衞生間分開的，用了幾天覺得蠻方便。前台和做衞生的工作人員服務態度都挺好！這棟樓還有泡澡的店，不過沒去體驗😂。前台還有免費咖啡奶茶果汁機使用。打車也方便。出門左轉就是中央大街。總之地理位置和我住的房間滿意。價格便不便宜我就沒有比較了。拍得視頻發現被娃兒刪除了👿發兩張可以放東西的地方吧！

這次來哈爾濱旅遊，選朵蘭達中央大街酒店真是選對了！位置超棒，就在中央大街附近，出門就是各種美食和商店，走幾步就能到江邊看夜景。房間乾淨又温馨，床很舒服，晚上睡得超香。前台工作人員服務態度特別好，不僅幫忙規劃了遊玩路線，還貼心地送了熱飲。下次來還住這兒！

朵蘭達，是我第二次住了。之前比較喜歡希爾頓，喜來登也住過，但是自從在長沙住了一次朵蘭達，真心喜歡，服務，環境都很好。這次來哈爾濱，再次選擇朵蘭達，地理位置也很好，前台接待都不錯。突出表揚一下個高胖乎乎的小男孩大概二十來歲吧，很和善，不止對客人，對外賣小哥也是很好，總體評價都不錯。再出去旅行，還會選擇朵蘭達。

衞生：乾淨整潔，細節做的不錯。
環境：下樓走兩步就是中央大街，打車方便。

房間漲價，新風系統，空調不好用，房間温度無法調節，就給弄個冷風機看圖，噪音大，還不好用，太差勁了，哈爾濱的酒店體驗不好，以後不會選擇朵蘭達了，這次東北住的最貴，最差的酒店
