Great hotel in songbei area. Very near to snow ice festival. Staff are warm and welcoming. Best of all room come with all the necessities. Though location is abit far from city but this is the best hotel I stayed in Harbin out of the other 3 hotels I’m staying. Definitely will come again. Thank you to all the staff here

The hotel room is very nice and they had good service. Although the location is quite far, they do provide shuttle bus service to the scenic places.

酒店顾客服务很好，员工有礼貌，they are very helpful & prompt to action. Whenever we asked for fresh fruit or toiletries refill, they responsed quickly & politely. They also provided daily 1x free shuttle service to the nearest train station, which we find this very helpful.
The room is spacious & clean, facility is new (no chemical odour). We are allowed to upgrade our room with rmb1. The room is equipped with smart curtain control & heated toilet seat, I personally like the towel for their fluffiness.
Overall the hotel is beyond expectation, the only fallback that the hotel is located slightly far from tourist spot, however the good side is we get a calm rest at night & it is close to the train station (大耿家)。

這個酒店的性價比 還有環境設施確實比較不錯，房間又寬敞又大，智能化做得還不錯，大廳餐廳都很有檔次，確實能比肩星級，能 比一般的四星還要好，唯一的缺點呢，就是這個周圍比較偏，這個位置呢，更像靠近工業區，如果來這邊辦事兒 確實可以住這裏

大廳很高級 有自動販賣機 雪糕飲料自嗨鍋速食應有盡有 當時去的時候是下午 還有免費的下午茶 房間超級超級好 乾淨 裝修高級 整潔 設施很完善 全屋智能 屋裡還有水果 草莓很甜很甜！服務也很到位 有“私人管家” 有求必應 外賣服務員會給送到樓上 隔音很好 很好很好的一次體驗 下次還來～～o（^▽^）o

早餐真心好吃，自助豐盛，菜餚食材新鮮，服務非常貼心，孩子們連續兩天必須去吃早餐，雖然有點遠，但是酒店安排了去景點的班車，真的很周到。真是松北住宿的不二選擇，下次我還會光臨，真心的給酒店100個👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻!

超級超級棒的酒店！服務特別的好，工作人員非常的熱情，小雪姐姐説話聲音特別好聽特別温柔，還有小禮品，還有免費的專車接送到地鐵站，倆人在外面逛入神了司機打了好幾個電話沒接到的情況下小雪姐姐還特別有耐心的發消息，司機師傅還特別有耐心，電話接通語氣也很平穩沒有負面情緒。每天會有小果盤送（已經吃完啦）！樓下就是公交站牌衹是需要細心一點在路燈桿上貼着哈哈哈
